Faulty product

I love nudestix and this color was amazing BUT for some reason, when I opened my crayon the product was completely out! As if someone had rolled out a chapstick so it was all sticking out but I don’t understand how if it was sealed and the product needs to be sharpened to reveal it? I’m hoping I can exchange it in store because if I try to use it as is, it will probably break off completely and who knows if there is more product under the pencil... :(

Matte but hydrating!

This was my first Nudestix product and I loved it! I was scared it would leave my lips dry like many other matte lipsticks I’ve tried but Nudestix lip pencils don’t d’y your lips at all. It actually stays hydrated and creamy but matte at the same time which I love! I got the pencil in ‘Icon’ and it is very pigmented and dark (at least on my skin tone) and It gives a little bold punch to my look. Will be buying more products from this brand for sure!
