Genuinely Good Procuct

This is my go to make up remover. Doesn’t cause break outs and easily removes waterproof mascara. It’s not greasy either. I would recommend and I am NOT incentivized to write a review.

Does not burn!

This is the only eye make up remover that does not burn my eyes or leave a film. Takes everything off in just a few swipes. Hoping they never discontinue this.

Leaves eye makeup on

It doesn’t take everything off. I still have makeup on my eyes.

Gentle and effective

So gentle on the eyes and grabs all the makeup. Never need to rub my eyes to sloop up all the makeup.

SEVERELY ALLERGIC

Please be careful with this product. There are many people that are severely allergic to it. It dries my eyes out and severely swells them up and it takes days to recover. I had no idea that I was allergic to this so I kept using it. After doing some research I found out that a lot of people have had a similar reaction. Please be careful

Overengineered packaging ruins the experience

I’d give it zero stars if I could for the stupid cap. Does the job, but the fact I now can’t close it fully because I’ll have to ask my husband to open it again is extremely dumb. The balm is messier but better because it is EASY TO OPEN.

takes the make up off and does not burn. gentle formula. does its job

great value

great makeup remover for even the most stubborn and thickest of applications. I can put a dab of this and get off most of my makeup for the day, if not all of it. it leaves a slightly oily residue if you use a lot, but easy to take off with a clean cotton pad.

Doesn't come in a sealed bottle

I don't love that this doesn't come sealed - especially for a product that is used on the eyes. I can see in the FAQs that this product isn't ever sealed - so it's not that I got a defective package, that's just how they are. If I had known this ahead of time I would've gone with a different product for safety reasons. Also, mine has a very thick, cloudy, white "wax" layer in it for lack of better term and doesn't look like what the product photo shows.

Makeup necessity!

I suffer from Contact Dermatitis, and this makeup remover is the only product I can use where I don't get a bad skin reaction. I've used it for five years now. I love it!

Mascara Melter 3000

Best makeup remover. Used this as my first makeup remover, tried Garnier micellar water, went right back. This MELTS mascara. Compared to Garnier, this hardly requires any wiping.
