Packaging fail

This might be a great eye liner- unfortunately the cap was stuck on and very difficult to remove. Once I finally did get it off it took the tip of the pencil off. I will stick with my MJ beauty gel liner.

transfers easily

Love the color and it feels so nice!! But it keeps transferring to the top of my lid! So that’s annoying other than that its a good product if you want to smoke it out and set with it some powder

I have several shades of Rock n Kohl eyeliner, and love each one. They are pricey, admittedly, but apply smoothly in a nice thin line without smearing all over the place as the day goes on. In the end worth the price.
