I definitely liked the old version/ line. Although heavier product may seem like a plus, fragrance can be irritating and balm can be pore clogging if you don’t wash well. Bring back more water soluble version wash your face very thoroughly

Decent for the price. Doesn’t beat prestige balms.

Decent performance for the price. Leaves a film-y feeling on the skin, but I use it as makeup remover/step 1 in a double cleanse. So it’s not a major issue. But I’ll probably revert to the Clinique balm when this is empty.

The fragrance is strong and irritate my eyes. I prefer the old version. It was scent free and cleaned makeup easily.

Reliable Cleansing Balm

I absolutely love oil cleansing and cleansing balms, which I discovered through Korean skincare years ago. Back then, the choices were limited to Korean brands but I am happy to see that we finally have these options available locally for good prices and competitive quality. This balm will cleanse your skin - makeup, sunscreen, gunk - without drying, stripping or irritating it. After using, you should continue with your normal cleanser. The great thing about balms is that you can very easily travel with them (unlike cleansing oils) without worrying about spills. Also love that it's not overly fragranced - just a good, solid cleansing balm to get the job done. I received this as a part of an educational promotion.

Good makeup remover

I received this product for review and testing purposes. I enjoyed using the seohora collection cleansing balm. I like the smell of the product it was not overwhelming. I like that it is in a solid state so it is easy for traveling and not easy to waste in my bag. The product was easy to apply to my face. I removed my foundation, lipstick and eye makeup with ease. I did not have any irritation to my eyes or my skin. A little of the product goes a long way and it is not drying to the skin.

Best texture

Absolutely love the texture of this balm. I was spending so much money on tacha and elemis cleansing balm, decided to give this one a try. Love the price point, the texture so balmy and smooth. The best thing about this product is that it doesn’t leave any residue and takes care of all my makeup. An amazing first cleanse, love it!

This cleansing balm is great for dry skin!

I've been using this for a few weeks and it's been a welcome addition to my routine as a makeup removing cleansing balm. I was pleased to see it contains both postbiotics and squalane which help with dryness and leaving your skin comfortable. To use it, I started with a quarter sized amount of the balm in my hands and began to rub it in all over my face for at least 60 seconds. After that I added a little bit of water while continuing to massage it in and it becomes a nice milky consistency before rinsing it off. I noticed afterwards that the above mentioned squalane did leave my dry skin feeling hydrated which was great. Also, this is unscented but it doesn't have that off putting unscented smell but rather had a light pleasant scent from the ingredients. This product didn't aggravate my sensitive skin at all. This product does claim to remove waterproof makeup but after finishing my cleansing, when I looked up, I had racoon eyes from my mascara and it got all over my white towel upon drying. A double cleanse would be absolutely necessary but even then the balm should be able to remove the mascara. Otherwise, I was pleased with this product and would probably purchase it again.
