strong smell...

I’m really upset, because I was extremely excited for this product to come in the mail. Unfortunately when it did come in and I had the chance to try this product, it was not for me. I went to go put it on my legs and as soon as I put it on it smelled like wet pennies/ a weird metal smell. (I know that sounds weird but that’s the best I can describe it. Truly a really bad smell.) it says it only takes 10-15 to dry but I felt really sticky I had to wash it off, the smell and the sticky feeling wasn’t worth it. Unfortunately sending back, I really wanted to love this:(!

i thought it would’ve given me a little bit darker of a fake tan, but it’s a very light tint and i’ve decided to try somewhere else for self tanners.

Works great!

I was looking for an affordable self tanner and this works fantastic! Doesn’t make you obviously orange and doesn’t smell bad (relative to other self tanners).

Followed directions & this has worked great! So far I've used it on my legs. Doesn't take a whole lot & developed pretty fast.

best self tanner

This is the best self tanner out there! I’ve tried so many, but I always come back to this one. Use a mitt to apply it (best method for all self tanners). You won’t be disappointed!

I have never purchased a self-tanner before, but as someone who has used beds for years and needed a change, I am so impressed. I mix this with my regular lotion and love it. Not sticky, does not come off on clothes/bedding, and is very subtle but even. Not streaky. Not too smelly. Overall, a really awesome product. I layer a small amount on every two days and always feel perfectly sun kissed.

Lotion goes on smooth. Nice color. It’s patchy. It rubs off. So embarrassing. I have tan legs with white knees.

MY HOLY GRAIL PRODUCT

I love love love love LOVE this self tanning lotion! It is by far the easiest to apply and best looking sunless tanning product I have used in my 36 years on this planet! I highly recommend for legs! I always get a nice natural tan during the summer by my legs never get an even tan no matter how I try to lay out and this stuff is my holy grail! Looks totally natural and lasts! It’s also very buildable.

Don't waste your money

I'm interested he hunt for the best self tanners. This was a hard no on list of products I'd recommend. It was really hard to apply without looking streaky, it smelt TERRIBLE, and it came off patchy. I only gave 2 stars because the product wasn't orange once it was on, however, I wouldn't use it again

FAB!

I bought the Medium/Deep color for my warm/fair skintone--didn't want to play around and have to build up the color. This is fantastic. Do be sure to be careful at the wrist area...lol. Took away one star for the smell--not very pleasing.

This is one of the worst-

This is dodgy- uneven expiration date is very important- throw it out after a few months. Don't keep over a year- I used to work for Lauder. My fingernail brush couldn't remove this from my hands. Use gloves. I tossed mine after 2nd use and it has the reek of a tanning salon.

this smells bad,doesn't dry instantly on the skin and gave me a bit of orangey color(not that horrible but i prefer olive coloured results) .I think clinique needs to update their self tan game.
