Absolutely brilliant stuff!

I bought this a few months ago and absolutely love it. My hair is quite fine and this pre styling serum gives my styled hair a bit of hold and also tames my frizz. The bottle also lasts a long time as you only need between 1-2 pumps. Each pump is measured and you gently rub the serum between your palms then distribute evenly through your mid lengths and ends. Absolutely brilliant stuff!

Needs more practicality!

I like the product and it suits my hair, it stops it going frizzy in mild humidity, but it hasn’t been life changing! I bought a refill before the pre styling container ran out due to there being no indication as to how much product was left before it ran out. I can see the amount of dust in my hoover but can’t see when I’m due to run out of hair product, very annoying. Thinking that the post styling serum may help my hair with moderate to high humidity, I bought the post styling product. The containers are identical apart from the wording. Without my glasses, I can’t see the wording leaving me vulnerable to using the product in the wrong order - not helpful at all. So, all in all, and considering the high cost of the products, I will be looking for replacements unless the engineers at Dyson come up with solutions to these issues. I need user friendly items first thing in the morning when I often struggle to find my glasses never mind confusing products! Not sure that the post serum product makes any difference anyway. Sorry to be so negative but I do feel rather ripped off!

Brilliant product

Dyson Chitosan™ Pre-style cream refill (Straight to Wavy, So effortless to use. Compact and easy to dispense. Fantastic product. A light weight cream that does not weigh hair down.

Although this product is good I don't thinks it warrants the hefty price, colour wow is better and cheaper

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. For the price i had high expectations but unfortunately I stopped using and went back to my old products.

Perfect wife loves it she uses it every style and is over moon with product and appliances from Dyson

Nothing special

Not sure what all the hype is about this. Very expensive and hasn’t made much difference . For me it hasn’t lived up to the previous reviews

Save your money!

No difference whatsoever - not worth the hefty price tag!

Not for me

I can’t say that I have noticed any difference on my fine, bleached hair. It’s an overpriced product so I would definitely not purchase. The packaging is great though, very well designed.

Amazing product! Saves my hair with every pump!

I got this a little over a month ago! I have been obsessed ever since. I have a job that involves travelling a lot so I have tested this in Indian waters, UK’s water (with and without softener), European waters and somehow it has always ended up giving me the same hydration and softness. I have bought one already for my mum and she is a slave of her frizzy hair even that was tamed down, she is now a master of it. I can’t start to describe how happy I am with this product. I have straight hair and this helps me add the volume. I have tried many serums and they end up giving me breakages when I comb my hair after drying and this just reduced the knots and hair fall considerably! This sets great with Dyson hair dryer and airstrait

Great product

I was sceptical but have found I really like this. Don’t need hardly any - leaves hair feeling soft and definitely works well with my air wrap. Find it curls easier - and stays in!

Professional styling at home

Gorgeous packaging. Easy to dispense the right amount. Elevates hair styling. Improves manageability without weighing down. Hair feels smooth. Took to hairdresser to try as she was styling my hair for wedding. Effects lasted all day and into the evening.
