Pump isn’t working and this is my second bottle that it has happened

Good product, the worst pump ever

I really like this product, I think the setting spray in itself is amazing and def makes my makeup stay put throughout (most) of the day. The pump, however, is the worst thing ever. I've never used a setting spray with this pump, and I don't know what the decision was to choose this particular pump from others. My pump broke today (got this spray in August 2025), and as you can see in pictures, I still have a good amount of product left. I had to take the pump out of another one of my sprays to be able to continue using it. I hope that they relaunch this with a simpler and better pump.

Love but hate the packaging. To many issues!

I love this product but unfortunately my recent purchase the nozzle broke after a week of use. Exchanged at the store, went to use the next morning and the nozzle was broken. Went for a third time and same thing nozzle broken.

terrible packaging

the setting spray itself is good however the packaging makes it terrible to use. first time i bought it, the spray stopped working which was okay i had to transfer it. this second time, it fell once and the bottle broke, with all of it spilling out. other brands packaging isn’t as terrible as this and i just can’t be bothered to buy this setting soray again because it’s waste of money.

Disappointed with the price vs the product :(

This product was SO disappointing, first the formula. It is ok, was long wear yes, but the pump on the bottle spits on your face and then it dries white and crusty if you don’t wipe it off, which is so frustrating. Then the actual bottle itself, the pump gets stuck sometimes and the spray mist will spit out and not at all be even. The last time it got stuck it would not go up, and when it did it fully broke so I can’t even use the rest of the product :( overall I’m disappointed with the amount of money I spent on it vs the product I receive. (You can see in the picture the white stuff dried on the bottle is how it dries on your face)

Honestly, my fav

Despite early issues with droplets, my 2nd bottle has been just rt. You do have to make sure you are spraying evenly & it is a bit of a pain. I’m sure they’ll fix this too. Not too matte or drying and lasts all day long!

save ur money, drugstore ones are better

the product itself is fine but i had to switch it to a different spray bottle because this nozzle sucks it sprays random huge blobs that cause white spots on my makeup. they also changed their formula so it’s not as great

Not worth it

Packaging is awful. Gets in the way everyday. So infuriating. Formula otherwise is fine- leaves white spots on my face I have to buff off

For sure must have

Leaves your skin flawless and gives long lasting make up

Excellent setting spray

Amazing product it’s a staple in my makeup routine, hold everything in place all day it’s just fantastic. It leaves a lovely matte finish on my oily prone skin

something has to be done about the pump but great

great product. easily one of my favorite setting sprays for my bridal clients. HOWEVER the pump is broken and i cant use the remaining third of the bottle. Definitely going to have to rebottle to use for myself but buying another one for my bridal kit.

Great product terrible packaging

Really love the product, but the nozzle is terrible! It gets stuck or breaks. Had to exchange the product twice and the spray nozzle is still janky. Probably won’t repurchase because of the sprayer.
