Runs off and colour is off

I'm normally a 3.75-4 in Benefit brow products but had to go a 2 warm Blonde because everything else was way too dark. When I put it on, it runs off and smudges in no time. Worst brow product ever.

Sharpen to bits

The one star is for developing the perfect colour, however, the amount of sharpening needed to be done without breaking a piece is unfathomable. Each time I thought it was sharpened to get a little bit of product to appear all around, the piece snapped off. The durability is for the investment does not match.

Not my favorite brow product from benefit. It isn’t very smooth and often leaves a flaky residue I have to wipe away with a fluffy brush. I like the double side with the brush and there is a good amount of product which I appreciate l.

My favourite brow pencil ever, been using it exclusively for years now

Disaster

Disaster. Pencil won't sharpen. Strange plastic layer on the inside. This is my first time sharpening it, I have sharpened close to half way down and I have owned many an eyebrow pencil in my day. The tip breaks off, seemingly encouraged by the weird plastic layer on the inside. I don't recommend this product.

Unable to sharpen pencil

I like and use other benefit brow products and I liked this product too. Until you have to sharpen it. When you attempt to sharpen this pencil, you're first able to remove the outside wood but then you encounter the plastic enclosed brown pencil. You cannot sharpen the plastic enclosure off. I used a standard pencil sharpener, a knife and a razor blade. The hard plastic removes but it take the pencil with it. Terrible for the money and a disappointment with benefit's design. I've attached what is left of this pencil after attempting to sharpen. It's almost comical.

Finally a color and texture that's perfect for me

I'm a natural redhead (copper shade) and its so hard to find a color that works for me. I was using #2 for a while, it just wasn't right but the closest i could get and i tried #3 but it wasn't right either. So here comes 2.5 and its perfect! I like this pencil version better than the automatic ones, it goes on and rakes through the brows effortlessly. Please keep this pencil around and don't change the colors or formula because it really is perfection.

Simply the best!

Benefit, PLEASE never ever ever get rid of or discontinue this beloved product unfortunately, I don't have much brow at all. Just a few hairs on each side. When I tell you that I've tried every brow pencil and brow pen- I truly have and NOTHING has ever worked for me quite like this magical pencil this is the ONLY product that makes it look as though I have NATURAL beautiful brows. I've never seen anything else like this magical product in the market. I have ONLY used this beloved volumizing/fiber pencil since I got it when it first released. I love many of your products, but this pencil is by far my most favorite thing from your brand and one of my top HOLY GRAIL products in my day to day routine. I promise to be a customer forever- please never get rid of this magical formula! You truly are such an innovative brand. Love you guys so much!

Pencil does not sharpen

Would not recommend - same issue others have reported with the pencil keeps breaking off. Very frustrating

Eyebrow pencil

I bought this pencil just before Christmas for £24.50. It is awful and does nothing for my brows and no colour. So I tried to sharpen it but it just keeps breaking so it is now unusable. An expensive pencil and a complete waste of money.

Pulls out brow

I love Benefit eye products. This brow pencil pulls out my brow hairs. I've used other brow pencils in between. When I return to this pencil I lose my brow.
