HY-GLAM Foundation – Fond de ten

Love it!

This foundation is amazing! I’m 41 and prefer a lighter feeling more natural hydrating foundation. Something that doesn’t settle into my pores or lines. This foundation is perfect for that! Plusdoesn’t take much.

Really nice medium coverage foundation!

Disclaimer: I got a sample of this product in exchange for an honest review. This is a really nice light/medium weight foundation with pretty solid medium coverage. It doesn’t feel overly greasy, but it’s not drying either. Applies very smoothly and doesn’t cling to dry spots! The shade I got, P1, is too light for my current summer color, and honestly it’ll still probably be too light for me even in winter when I’ve lost my tan. So the shade range is definitely pale person friendly! For reference I’m generally fair-light in foundations w/ neutral undertones. If you’re looking for a true medium coverage foundation, I’d give this a try!

Must try!

This is my first time trying this brand and I really like it. When I put it on it feels like I’m putting on moisturizer! It is definitely easy to build on and gives great coverage. I have really sensitive skin and it hasn’t bothered me at all.

A miss for dry/combination, late 30s skin

I have dry/combination skin and in my late 30s so the description of this foundation sounded like a perfect fit for me. Unfortunately, the reality was that it wasn't at all right for my skin. My skin is both dry and textured so the foundation exacerbated the dry, textured appearance of my skin. Which, needless to say, is the exact opposite of what I wanted. My skin looked drier and more textured than before application. This was the case even when I used a primer beforehand. Using less foundation was a bit better for the appearance of my skin, but not nearly enough. Furthermore, within a few hours the coverage began to fade and my redness started to show. I was disappointed to say the least because this foundation was neither blurring nor hydrating and highlighted the very problems I was looking to correct. I gave two stars because it was okay-ish with very sheer application, and because I could see how this might be hydrating enough for someone with really nice, perfect skin and no real skin concerns.

Great foundation

I received this foundation for free to try out and give my honest opinion. Unfortunately the color did not quite match my skin tone. It is much too light. However, it is still a great foundation. It is very light and build able. It definitely blurs your skin making you look flawless and smooth. I will definitely use it in winter when my skin loses some color.

Beautiful serum foundation

I received a bottle of this foundation in exchange for my honest review. I received shade P1, which is the fair peach shade, and feel like that description is perfect! This is a hydrating yet blurring serum foundation that has a beautiful radiant finish and leaves skin looking, smooth and bright. It has medium coverage that is buildable. They have an extensive shade range and I feel like the formula is great for a combination or oily skin. I personally have combination skin and found this works nicely on both my oily areas as well as my more normal/dry areas without emphasizing texture. I also haven’t noticed any increasing so far. I feel like this works very well with the other products in my makeup routine. I’m really happy with how this works for me!

This foundarion has a nice sheer finish when applied with a beauty blender. Despite the more radiant finish it held up quite well on my oily skin without oxidizing or gathering in my pores, even when I trialed it without powder. It did not look as nice when using a brush to apply. P1 was an excellent color match for me.

Silky smooth application and results

Really like this formula, it applies smooth and feels so nice on the skin. Love the soft close top on the bottle, their packaging is always nice. This lasted the day looking fresh

Great foundation

I got the product for free in exchange for writing the review. This foundation is significantly better than other foundations that I’ve purchased from the drugstore. I love that it’s talc free and hypoallergenic. I would definitely purchase this product. I would recommend it to family and friends because it has great coverage.

New Holy-Grail Foundation

I received this foundation through BzzFeed to sample. I am shocked how much I like it, I typically use a very expensive liquid foundation but would happily swap it for this. The color match is great, with tons of options. I have dry/combo skin and this truly does blur any imperfections without being drying, too heavy, or settling into my creases. I don’t feel it once it’s on and while it can build some good coverage a few dots blended in on my reddest areas blends in perfectly to make it look like I am wearing nothing, and just have flawless skin. I could t ask for more!

I’ve heard so much about Natasha Denona eyeshadows, but not much about their other makeup so I was excited to try this foundation! The finish on this makeup is CHEFS KISS! It sits wonderfully on the skin - no patchiness, no dry areas. I am in love with how it looks on my skin!

Excellent range of base tones!

I always have issues trying to find a good color match but I was able to find mine in this product with ease due to the multiple base tones available. I’ve NEVER found it in the first try like I was able to do with the Hy glam foundation! As far as wear, when set correctly I didn’t have any issues. I have oily skin and work mostly outside in a humid environment so I can’t go without setting with powder and sprays. If you have balanced skin and don’t work outside you’ll probably be ok with just a spray! It builds up to be pretty full coverage which I’m not very used to, I usually prefer a lighter coverage. When applied carefully it can be as sheer as I like!
