My hair is in between wavy and straight. I came across this product and thought I’d give it a try. I can’t stop using it. I used to have to only straighten my hair but with this product I’m able to keep my natural hair.

No beachy texture. Don’t waste your money.

Smells nice but did nothing to give my hair any texture or feel of beach hair. I plan on returning this.

This Wave Spray is honestly THAT girl. It gives my hair the perfect soft, beachy waves without any salt, crunch, or stickiness. It adds just enough texture to make my curls/waves look intentional and effortless. The scent is so clean and bougie — like salon hair in a bottle. If you love that soft, undone, “on vacation” look… yeah, this is it.

Smells nice but...

Wanted to try something new for my short straight hair, usually use the bumble and bumble sea spray but thought, time for a change? Unfortunately this spray smells great but does absolutely nothing to my hair. Maybe the people that find good results have finer waver hair that worked better? But not for mine.

I want to preface the review that by effect, I loved the product. It is visibly effective and has had some of the best results for a wave spray. That being said, I hope your vibe is Elizabeth Taylor/Estee Lauder because this stuff has a powerful powdery smell. Sadly, I don't think I'll buy this again if only because the perfume really is so strong and it clashes with my go to fragrances.

Made my hair frizzy and dry. Didn’t care for the smell. It was very musky smelling. Like a men’s cologne smell. Didn’t help my curls any. Took me three days to get the moisture back into my hair

No need to explain with long words when you can see the difference from the photo. It makes my curls so lovely and it holds my curls long enough. The scent is another plus point of this product!

Left scalp sore and irritated

Irritated my scalp, leaving it sore for days. Had to stop use and try a medicated shampoo for the irritation. Returned product!

This wave spray is the GOAT! if you love the beachy waves or mermaid waves in your hair this OUAI wave spray is going to be your go to product! This creates so much volume and texture to the beautiful waves in your hair. This will not disappoint!
