[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] it's overall a good cologne, it's not bad in any manner but I didn't find it particularly unique, I find it to be very sweet but unfortunately too synthetic, it does not feel warm and natural but rather straight up swet and synthetic, I received the bottle for free in exchange for an honest review, however I don't think I'd buy this with my own money as it has such a similar DNA to Paco Rabannes 1 million Parfum, I rather buy that bottle, getting more cologne for less money, without compromise in scent, overall it's good, but nothing to write home about

A darker sweeter twist on an all time classic.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] 5 stars from me! Warm amber and vanilla hit right away, then it settles into smooth tonka, a touch of tobacco, and some cozy woods. Sweet but not too sweet—just rich and classy. The bottle’s iconic as always, with the darker look adding a luxe feel. Great projection and lasts for hours. Perfect for nights out or cooler weather. Easily one of the best in the Le Male line.

A must for winter

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really enjoy Le Male Elixir Absolut by Jean Paul Gauthier. The fragrance is bold and captivating. It has a great longevity and a strong sillage, no need to reapply during the day while also not being overwhelming when applying. The rich spicy and amber notes are very prominent, while still having the sweet and vanilla scent from Le Male Elixir. Perfect for colder nights or winter. As usual from JPG, the packaging is luxurious and high quality.

Le male but better

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Tried this on a whim and honestly, I was surprised how much I liked it. It’s got that sweet vanilla vibe like the original Le Male, but this one feels deeper and smoother, kind of warm and cozy but still a bit bold. There’s something slightly smoky or spicy in there too that makes it feel more grown up. I wore it on a night out and got a few compliments, which never hurts. It lasted a long time on me too, like I could still smell it the next day on my jacket. Definitely more of an evening or colder weather scent, in my opinion.

The best of multiple worlds

The plum and the lavender notes are very prominent, making this perfume a sweet and deep perfume that's perfect for many occasions. There's also a vanillic smell from the tonka bean that rounds the smell to something truly magnificent. The sillage is beastly, the scent lasts for hours on end. It's better than the original Elixir - skip it and go for Absolu instead

Very strong sweet masculine fragrance

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a masculine sweet fragrance for the colder weather with a very strong scent and projection. Not a very versatile scent because of how strong it is. Very cool bottle design too.

A gold-clad, amber-drenched, imposing power scent

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Le Male Elixir Absolu is an aromatic juggernaut: spiced, resinous, and deliberately ostentatious. The gold torso bottle is a pure spectacle, like something handed out at a gala for oligarchs, and the scent follows suit with the dense amber, warm tonka, and an unmistakable air of vintage opulence. Personally, it feels like I borrowed my grandfather’s cologne and accidentally activated his stock portfolio (I wish he had). Luxurious, yes, but far too mature and imposing for my age or aesthetic. Its projection could clear a room or command one, depending on your intention. Impressive in craftsmanship, but for me, it reads more inheritance than identity. Hence, with the right demographic, this is worth your money; unfortunately, not just for me.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Wasn’t sure what to expect from this one, but Le Male Elixir Absolu surprised me in the best way. It’s warm, deep, and seductive without trying too hard. The lavender and tonka are rich but not cloying, and there’s this almost smoky sweetness from plum that lingers once the fragrance dries. Great for any weather or evenings out. Definitely feels like a more mature take on the original. Gets compliments too.

Great scent for cold weather or night outs

(I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review) Compared to the original elixir, absolu has a much sweeter and fruity tone. With the added plum note, it opens a bit bright,then dries down to a more powdery creamy tonka. The bottle and packaging is one of the best when it comes to fragrances. The iconic bottle shape from JPG and its amazing atomizer makes it great for both display and everyday use. For its projection and longevity, its quite strong for the first hour when you first spray it. Afterwards, it calms down and projects for a good 5-6 hours before becoming a skin scent. Overall, this is a great fragrance for the colder weather or evenings out. This is definently gonna be in my rotation for the fall/winter.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Been using Le Male Elixir Absolu lately and I’m really liking it. It’s warm, sweet, and has a nice spicy edge that makes it stand out. My girlfriend’s a big fan too. It lasts a long time and the bottle looks great. Fancy, but not over the top. Overall, it’s a solid scent if you’re into bold, masculine fragrances with a bit of sweetness.

Good but not for me

It’s just okay. I’m not a huge fan of the le male line as it leans very feminine on me. I do love it on other people though! Great bottle design as well.
