Not too sweet

[I received this as a free product and here is my honest review]I am such a picky person when it comes to vanilla but this made me happy! I like to smell sweet but not like a cookie if you know what I mean. It lasted pretty much all day and I received compliments several hours after wearing it.

Good vanilla scent

At first this wasn’t my favorite scent but it grew on me. I think it also always smells different when you smell someone wearing it rather than just spraying it out of the bottle and I think it has a good wear.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Yves Saint Laurent “Libre Vanille Couture” is a gorgeous vanilla gourmand fragrance with hints of lavender, amber and a delicious vanilla that ties it all together. I can tell that this fragrance will smell different from person to person. It truly warms up on the skin and for me, it pulled heavy on the French lavender and vanille that made it the perfect evening fragrance. It is not your typical gourmand and to me I find it exotic, intoxicating. The scent stays on you the entire day. Let’s not forget the bottle, wrapped in gold reflection it was beautifully done with a YSL touch of luxury.

A little too strong of vanilla

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The packing is beautiful and the bottle is nice and luxurious. Ive had several YSL perfumes and this one is nice if youre into vanilla. It was just a tad too strong for me personally.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a sweet, boozy, vanilla perfume with a hint of freshness from the lavender and orange blossom notes. 1-2 sprays will last all day on my skin. I think this perfume is best suited for a date night/the winter months as it is a bit on the heavier side. I’ve gotten compliments every time I wear it.

Best vanilla smell

Absolute best purchase of 2025. I wish I had ordered two bottles cause I’m halfway through this one. Please bring this back again. 

Must Have

I am so in love with her. I have the original which was good but strong. This opens with citrus and dries down to a grown & sexy vanilla. You smell expensive & delicious.

Beautiful scent

Beautiful fancy fragrance, it smells luxurious, definitely a fav in my collection. I hope ysl keep it in their line forever and not just as a limited edition, cuz it’s sooooo good

Nice complex smell

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] If you like a dark vanilla scent, this is for you! It has a complex smell and the half life is pretty good! I feel like it lasts a while and the nozzle makes it easy to spray!

To me, there is no difference between this and the original libre. I was a bit disappointed because I didn’t need another libre. I have a 1oz intense and a massive 3oz backup unopened. I expected the libre DNA all the flankers have, yes, but reviews made this seem like it smelled different. You do not need this if you have the original. You definitely don't need this if you have the intense because the intense smells better. Intense libre smells better than every scent in the line to me, but this smells like the original. At this point, they got us for the packaging which is beautiful. But the scent itself, nothing new or special.
