Great resurfacing serum!

Very pleased with this product. After years of using Tata Harper resurfacing serum I switched to this. It’s less expensive and just as effective. I have very sensitive and reactive skin and have had no problems whatsoever with this.

Holy grail

This product clears up acne and leaves skin looking supple

Dry, sensitive, acne prone skin

I have used this product daily for the last 2 weeks and my skin texture has significantly improved. I don't find it too harsh on my skin at all, and my skin is dry and acne-prone. Much gentler than other AHA products but still effective. It hasn't made me break out either, and has reduced the appearance of some of my acne scars. You don't have to use a lot (2 pumps), so for me the price per use is worth it.

INSANE results!! I’ve have horribly consistent acne and pigmentation well into my mid 20s and have tried hundreds of products that work at first but die out. I’ve been using this for 2 months and have never gotten so many compliments in my life!! Will continue to repurchase

Smells great and nice packaging but that’s it

Nice heavy glass bottle packaging. Smells sweet but fresh like lychee. I use it nightly but don’t notice much of a difference so unfortunately I won’t be repurchasing.

Lotus Dream Serum is... a Dream!

I recently purchased this product along with some other Fresh skincare to try since I have sensitive skin and like more clean products without harsh chemicals. I got this because I wanted something to smooth my pores, but also address some hyperpigmentation that I have and I was really pleased with the results that I have in only the first month of using the product every night as instructed. I do use it with the Lotus night cream and have seen a glow to my skin that I haven't seen with other more expensive products and my pores look so much smoother! Not only that, but the dark spots are much lighter and I'm hopeful that they will continue to lighten. I'm very pleased with the Fresh line and would highly recommend this product and the other products I've tried (soy cleanser, kombucha essence, rose oil serum, lotus line and black tea eye cream). I'm obsessed with all of the products!

Manage your expectations and you will love it

The vast majority of the negative reviews are from people who expected something miraculous and when they didn’t see “significant changes” after two weeks, they stopped using it. It takes WAY longer than two weeks or even two months to see dramatic results. Manage your expectations and you will probably like

One of the girls working in store recommended me this and said I will see a diff the first night.. my god a day after using this I saw how my pores were gone and diff my skin is brighter and glowy.

Horrible strong scent

Horrible perfumed scent and sticky consistency. I see no difference and really hate using it due to scent and stickiness

Does nothing for me

This product was purchased on 7/19/24 and it has done nothing to my facial skin. The sales person who was helping me mentioned this serum does wonders by clearing up the skin and smoothing out the surface. She even mentioned her son, who suffers from extreme acne, has used it and noticed his skin clear up. This wasn’t the case for me. I do not suffer from acne, but I do have uneven skin and wanted something to smooth it out. For how much this goes for, it’s completely useless and does nothing for my skin. I won’t be repurchasing.

This product caused a chemical burn on multiple areas of my face including a place that began to peel. Rather than reducing dark spots, it created more.
