Dry, Tangly, and Confused

Used this for two months hoping it would get better. It didn’t. My hair felt drier than before and tangled like I ran through a wind tunnel. Giving two stars cause the fragrance is nice. Honestly, Pantene does a better job for a fraction of the price. I wanted salon hair, but ended up with scarecrow vibes.

My scalp gets oily so soon, so I use OUAY detox shampoo and then this conditioner - which feels perfect combo for daily/every other day usage. It's not too rich, but rich enough to make my hair feels smooth. I also like the refill pouch option as the first bottle was used QUICK! Love the smell also - I always get compliments when I use OUAY products (which are almost all my hair products lol)

i just used this conditioner for the first time and i already love it. it made my hair so soft and silky and has an amazing fresh smell to it!! it is a little bit pricey, but if you want healthy hair it’s worth it!

i had such high hopes for this and i wanted it to work SO bad because i love ouai, but i couldn’t. this sucked so bad. it dried my hair out even more than it already was to the point where just running my fingers through my hair created tangles and it made my hair feel rough. i’m only give this 2 stars because it left a really good smell

Super hydrating

I bought this to try in the standard sized bottle and was immediately impressed with the hydration it gave my hair. I have colour treated, bleached dry ends and this has really given my hair its softness and bounce back. Initially I found the fragrance quite strong but have gotten used to this now so I don’t really notice it - it’s very pleasant anyway When I use this i find my hair gains volume - simply from it being properly hydrated. I even find this better than most masks Was so impressed with this conditioner in bought the 1lt refill which is much better value for money

Amazing price and looove the product!!!! The refill bag is so nice with less waste to reuse your bottles and the packaging is easy to store having the bladder bags instead of a hard bottle that takes up more space.

My hair will never be the same

Absolute game changer. I have always been cheap with my hair products, until now. I have combination hair, thick and coarse underneath with thin and oily hair on top, and frizzy all around. The medium conditioner and shampoo has made my hair wayyy more manageable, while keeping my hair wash days to 2 per week. Could not be happier with the results!

I love this conditioner so much; it makes my hair feel very soft and stays soft until my next wash. It's pricey but worth it.

Great for mature and damaged hair

I’ve been using this conditioner for several months and my hair has never been healthier. I color and use heat on a regular basis and my hair is soft, shiny, and growing! Strong enough to sink in, but light enough not to weigh down my hair this conditioner is amazing. And it even smells great too!
