Dry, Tangly, and Confused

Used this for two months hoping it would get better. It didn’t. My hair felt drier than before and tangled like I ran through a wind tunnel. Giving two stars cause the fragrance is nice. Honestly, Pantene does a better job for a fraction of the price. I wanted salon hair, but ended up with scarecrow vibes.

i just used this conditioner for the first time and i already love it. it made my hair so soft and silky and has an amazing fresh smell to it!! it is a little bit pricey, but if you want healthy hair it’s worth it!

i had such high hopes for this and i wanted it to work SO bad because i love ouai, but i couldn’t. this sucked so bad. it dried my hair out even more than it already was to the point where just running my fingers through my hair created tangles and it made my hair feel rough. i’m only give this 2 stars because it left a really good smell

My Favorite Conditioner

I love this conditioner so much; it makes my hair feel very soft and stays soft until my next wash. It's pricey but worth it.

I used this on my hair for one time and it was perfect. My hair wasn’t dry, didn’t feel greasy or uncomfortable like literally every other conditioner i’ve used. I opted out of it next hair wash day because didn’t want it to be greasy. So I didn’t use it. And my hair wasn’t as good as it was when I used it, so that’s how you know how good it is!!! Highly recommended

Bought this with the shampoo… and yes… it’s worth the price sadly. it actually changed my hair completely, hair is now always perfect and soft and falls into the perfect amount of curls .

This is THE BEST conditioner ever used!! I have gone through SO many bottles of this stuff. It definitely works best paired with the matching shampoo. It’s a little bit pricey but it’s definitely worth the price. I have been this product since Feb 9th 2024!

Hydrated, smooth, and shiny

I have thick, coarse hair, and the medium hair conditioner works great for me! I love that it’s packed with nourishing ingredients that leave my hair feeling hydrated, smooth, and shiny, without feeling weighed down. I also love that it's color safe. I don’t wash my hair every day, so the luxe scent leaves my hair smelling great for days. Complimentary from OUAI.

Strong and terrible baby powder scent

The product works well, but the scent is so awful - smells like cheap baby powder. I love the way the Detox Shampoo smells so i assumed this would smell equally great, but its so bad, I had to re wash my hair.

Amazing, was trying new conditioners for my routine and as soon as I tried this one, my search ended. What an amazing conditioner- leaves my hair so bouncy and moisturized!

This conditioner is awesome! It makes my medium-thickness hair so soft, smooth, and easy to detangle. It hydrates without weighing it down, and the scent is amazing—fresh and not too strong. My hair feels healthier and looks shinier every time I use it!
