Affordable lip oil

My name is Eleanor and I love trying new lip products. The Sephora Collection Oil Infusion Hydrating Lip Oil in the shade Peach is a lightweight hydrating lip oil. The formula is smooth, non sticky and glides nicely on the lips. The shade peach is a very sheer peachy orange with a hint of glitter. While the formula does feel nice going on, I found that it wears off pretty quickly in a few hours. I also wasn’t a huge fan of the peach scent, and that also faded pretty quickly. I do like how it feels hydrating at first, and the blend of castor, sweet almond, and argan oils help nourish the lips. I do wish the formula was a bit more pigmented. While it isn’t super impressive by itself, it would make a nice topper on top of a lipstick or lip stain, and it is pretty affordable. I would only recommend this to someone looking for a lightweight and affordable lip oil as a topper to another lip product, as it does feel nice upon initial application. Good budget option

The market is saturated with lip oils at the moment but the sephora collection lip oil is definitely a decent option for the price. I don’t particularly love it but I don’t hate it either. The lip oil does as advertised. My lips look and feel hydrated. It is very comfortable to wear and is not sticky at all. I almost forget it is on my lips. There is no fruity smell or any smell really in my opinion. The glitter is not overbearing so you can wear this for literally any occasion. The bottle is very fun/cute/simple.

I love this lip product so much!! Didn't really know what to expect from an "oil infusion" but I guess this is thicker than what I'd expect for oil? However, it completely knocked my socks off. It's such a sheer subtle color and shimmer but it really adds a lot to a look. Could easily wear this alone or on top of a lipstick or lip stain. It's also got a beautiful and delicious scent. It's not overpowering or anything, but you can tell it's peach scented and that is so nice. Overall, my lips feel so smooth and silky with this on. Very moisturizing. I've had lip oils that just don't FEEL good on, ya know? This one feels GREAT on the lips, super soft and hydrating. Honestly shocked by this lip oil!

When I first got this lip oil, I was convinced it wasn’t for me. The bottle looked super shimmery and the bright orange color made me think I was about to look like a full on clown but wow, was I wrong.Once I applied it, I was instantly obsessed. The color is actually very subtle and clear on the lips. It gives the most beautiful glossy finish that makes your lips look moisturized, smooth, and glowy. It’s also not sticky or overly shiny like some oils I’ve used in the past. What really stood out to me is the applicator. It’s totally different from anything I’ve used before since it’s flat, which makes it super easy to control how much product you use. And honestly, you don’t need much at all. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts a while. It’s now a staple in my everyday routine. I throw it on with no makeup for a natural glow or over liner for a more polished look. Hydrating, lightweight, and not overly scented. Love love LOVE.

Simple gloss

I liked this gloss. It’s definitely not sticky. It goes on easy with no issues. The color pay off is not great, I got the peach one and you can see the glimmer but no peach color tone. The after taste is pretty bad in my opinion. I don’t think I would purchase this on my own because there are some changes that are needed. I like my drugstore glosses more than this! I might give this to my mom. *I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

A chapstick and lip gloss all rolled into one!

At first I thought this was just lip gloss, which I normally don’t wear because I always have chapped lips and mixing lip gloss with that well, doesn’t really work too well. I actually really like this stuff it’s not lip gloss at all (but really looks like lip gloss) it’s a lip oil that makes your lips look all glossy! The hydration in it far outdoes any chapstick in my opinion! So I get the lip gloss and the chapstick basically in on tube! Win win!! I got the peach which smells amazing, and is a very slight tint but think I’m ready to try a bolder color next!

My New Go To Lip Oil

The Sephora Collection Oil Infusion Hydrating Lip Oil is my new go to lip oil. I have recently been in search of a new lip oil in general and this one is perfect. It gives a slight shimmer that’s not too overbearing. Perfect for everyday wear. Super Hydrating

I love the texture of this, It kind of feels like a lip gloss but not as thick and it glides easily. I was scared the orange tint would be too strong but it was actually really subtle, like i think it’s barely notable. The glitter is also not visible as I would like it to be but that’s ok. I think it’s because the oil itself adds likes of shine so the glitter gets lost. But it’s still noticeable from up close. I love the scent it smell like peaches. The packaging is really cute but it does tip over easily, the good thing is that it doesn’t leak when it does fall over. I would say I need to reapply this every hour. And when it dries down my lips don’t feel dry at all. So I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking to hydrate your lips.

Light Glimmer but Lips so Soft!

Sephora products have really been stepping up their game! I been using this few a couple weeks now and the peach lip oil is super pretty! It has very light shimmer in it, I can see it on the wand but not much on my lips but instantly my lips were hydrating and for HOURS! Honestly, one of the best lip oils I have ran into! The peachy color comes off more clear on me, which is fine, I can feel the hydration, its long-lasting and my new go to lippie.

The ultra thin balm in oil texture glides on like liquid silk and melts quickly into the lips, leaving a sheer wash of glossy tint without sticky buildup. Formulated with hydrating oils like sunflower seed, ginger root and vitamin E plus hyaluronic acid, it nourishes while sealing in moisture. It has a real oil feel and provides instant hydration without any stickiness. The subtle vanilla like scent is pleasant and not overwhelming. Wear time is short, usually one to two hours, but even after the shine fades, lips feel soft and smooth. Shade payoff is semi sheer, with lighter tones appearing more translucent. Great product and not sticky!

I love that this isn’t sticky! My lips feel very hydrated after using it for several days. I’m impressed with this product because most products are sticky and cakey. This one naturally rubs off on its own but also moisturizes at the same time. I highly recommend it!

Perfect hydrating subtle lip

I’m Southeast Asian American with normal skin that is dry when I use active ingredients (AHAs, BHAs, retinoids). I have light skin tone with yellow undertone that gets tanned in the summer. I’m a dark autumn color palette and I live in a dry climate with moderate temperatures. I got the peach scent, which has peach/orange color shimmer. This lip oil is pervert for everyday/low effort looks. It’s not too vibrant or glittery, but it has a nice shine from the oil. I’m so happy that dewy looks are in now bc matte lipsticks dry out my lips and accentuate every lip wrinkle/line lol. I have a 10 step skincare routine, so I typically have a dewy look on my face from my hydrating products. The lip oil is a perfect touch. I live near the dessert, so I try to pack on as much hydration as possible. Love this subtle lip oil for fellow dark autumns with warm undertone.
