Fenty ended my search for the perfect lip stain!

I was a fan of YSL glossy stain back in the day. Sadly, it’s now discontinued and I don’t love the shades of their new stains. So I’ve been searching for a good replacement. Thanks to Fenty, the search is over! Tried this as soon as it arrived yesterday. The stain goes on great (no patchiness) with a glossy finish and can be blotted for a more matte look. It wore beautifully, lasting through an entire evening that included eating and drinking. Some of the other stains I tried (Stila Calligraphy Lip Stain and Clarins Hydrating Water Lip Stain) left my lips feeling parched and slightly tacky after applying, which I didn’t like. Fenty’s stain did not! Excited to wear this again!

Gorgeous bright red, though I would say it leans more warm than cool. Feels like a balm, very comfortable but long lasting. I also found that the stain lasted well into the next day, though reapplying throughout the night keeps it looks glossy and consistent in the inner lips. I also have it in discos wife and find both are wonderful.

Does not actually stain

Basically a gloss, did NOT stain and was gone completely after a couple hours. I was hoping I could wear this for my wedding and was really disappointed. Colour is pretty though.

This lip stain is seriously amazing! It lasts all day without feeling dry or sticky, and the color is just perfect. I've gotten so many compliments since I started wearing it!

Long lasting and actually Hydrating!

I’m obsessed with how this stain melts into the lips. Strawberry Sangria is the perfect bold red just juicy and fresh. It gives a flushed, effortless look that lasts all day without drying my lips like most stains do.

Probably one of the best lip stains I’ve ever tried. I just put a little on, swipe the bold colour off, and what’s left it a pretty little stain that stays on for long days at work.

calling it a stain is a stretch

calling it a stain is a stretch the color i immediately didn't love -- strawberry sangria was brighter than i expected, it was almost veering on the edge of coral-y. BUT sometimes colors look different in person so that's whatever. but it really didn't stain anything. it was just a liquid lipstick. it didn't last through eating at all which is what i want.

Perfect all-day stain for that polished look

I work in healthcare, so I have to wear a mask part of the time. As such, I can’t apply anything that rubs or or is too glossy. This is perfect for an all-day stain, and gives just a bit of pop to look professionall without being over the top. MLBB.

I love these lip stains. I work in health care and I wear a mask most of the day. The color/tint stays throughout my shift with a slight reapplication after lunch.

The lip stain is no joke. It lasts a very long time However, I wish there were other shades to choose from but I got red since I don’t own any and I think it’s the best shade they have.
