I’ve tried a bunch of lip plumpers before, but Puffer Complex™ really impressed me. The tingling sensation kicks in almost immediately, but it’s not too intense—just enough to know it’s working. Within a few minutes, my lips looked noticeably fuller and smoother, and the glossy finish is gorgeous without being sticky. What I really love is that it doesn’t just plump temporarily—it also feels hydrating, almost like a balm and gloss in one. I’ve been using it daily and even without reapplying constantly, my lips feel softer overall. Bonus: the packaging is super cute and luxe-looking! Definitely a staple in my makeup bag now.

The shade is beyond perfect for everyday wear, giving just the right amount of color and glow without being too much. It feels plush and hydrating on the lips, not sticky at all, and gives a subtle plumping effect that makes my lips look fuller and healthier.
