Irritated, not alcohol free, useless
This is more like a toner, but cannot absorb into my skin well. I used other expensive essence which did nothing for my skin but at least not so irritated.

I have been using for two months and the results are an improvement in my skin. My skin is oily, dry and sensitive, and this is immediately moisturizing and soothing. I use it as the first step after cleansing. I tried a few days without the softener and my skin feels thinner without it as I apply my other products. I know it's called a lotion but it is a softener due to its thin consistency. It's a "pre-moisturizer" that helps my other products sink in to my face very easily. Although it's not known as an Asian beauty brand, this softener is competitive.
