I've been using this shampoo and conditioner line from Kérastase for almost a year and recently decided to give my hair a break from it and try something new. I love Kérastase through & through, their products have helped my damaged hair from bleach so much - however, this specific line has made me lose so much density in my hair. Clumps and clumps of hair falling out in the shower with every wash. Once I switched to a new shampoo line, my hair doesn't fall out anymore. This specific Kérastase line also makes my scalp dry and flaky, it is super itchy.

Honestly, this shampoo is not good at all, and I’m very disappointed. Since I started using it,I noticed more hair shedding than usual, my hair became very dry, and it breaks easily easily.. Since I started using it again, I noticed more hair shedding than usual, my hair became very dry, and it breaks easily. For me, this is now the worst shampoo I’ve tried, and I would not recommend it at all, especially for anyone dealing with hair loss or dryness.

Amazing for damaged hair

I swear by this shampoo - it is just excellent for heat damaged hair. It is the only shampoo that I feel actually cleans my hair, and it doesn’t immediately need another wash the day after. My hair feels smooth, soft and shiny every time.

Very good

I have bleach wavy/culry hair this shampoo hydrates and nourish my hair. I also use mask from the same line and omg my hair health over all got improved, more manageable easier to brush doesn’t look so dull and lifeless instead looks hydrated and feels soft, the scent is also nice reminds me of “Pantene” shampoos just so you know the scent. Im buying it again!

HORRIBLE REACTION!

Gave me a rash around my hairline! This has never happened to me with any other shampoo, but after a few uses, I started developing dermatitis patches around my forehead line and now they’ve gotten worse and so itchy, discontinuing product immediately.

Irritated my scalp

Irritated my scalp. I started getting random red bumps on my scalp and it was always itchy and now I have dandruff. I’ve never experienced this with another shampoo. Idk if it’s too strong or if it’s the fragrance but my scalp hates it!
