The hype with this moisturizer is well-deserved. It provides the most seamless and effective hydration without feeling thick and heavy or too light and airy. Whenever I try too many skincare products and start to breakout, I have to switch back to my normal routine with this staple moisturizer to soothe my skin barrier. Although expensive, it’s worth every penny. Please give this a try!

I love this base milk! It feels so good on the skin and makes me feel luxurious!! It gives me a plump skin like feel and didn't break me out at all!. I received this from pinchme fir free in exchange for my honest review.

Not worth the money

In my opinion, this is not worth it. It's expensive and I do not see the benefit. Straight after application, skin feels and looks hydrated, but within 10 minutes this effect is gone (I have combination skin). I've used it with and without moisturiser. Without, my skin is too dry (might work well in really hot, humid climates if you just need a really lightweight base), and with moisturiser it doesn't look or feel any different than if I hadn't used it. Save your money, there are better moisturising products out there!

I received this product for free threw the pinch me app so I was real excited to try ut out and it actually does what it says;) my skin feels so soft and clean I'm very happy with it!

Be aware if you are acne prone

Not for acne prone skin. I was gifted the full size after falling in love with the texture and feeling (on the back on my hand) but within 2 uses on my face I was totally broken out. Super luxurious feel but not ideal for my skin.

A must have yall

I've been using this product for a few weeks now and I love it. My face feels so renewed. I love the milk base look of it. I'm going to buy this free full bottle product I received.

Daily use!

I received the ILIA Barrier Build Skin Protectant Cream and The Base Face Milk Essence & Lightweight Moisturizer for free, and I’ve been using them for a few days now. The Barrier Build Cream feels rich and nourishing without being too heavy—it really helps soothe and protect my skin, especially in drier areas. The Base Face Milk is super lightweight and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. Together, they’ve made my skin feel more balanced and less irritated. I appreciate that ILIA focuses on clean ingredients, and so far, my skin has responded well to both products.

Ouch

It broke me out immediately after I used it. I was so excited to use it so it was really disappointing when I broke out in tiny bumps everywhere. Luckily it calmed down in a about week but I can’t say that will happen for everyone

This stuff is perf

This product keeps my skin so hydrated and lays perfectly under my makeup. I’ve genuinely never found a product like it. It’s worth the money and never breaks me out.

Not worth it

For the price it’s honestly not worth it. There’s much better products out there that’s cheaper that could get the job done. Does give you a glow but leaves a heavy oily cast on your face. My skin felt suffocated. If you have really dry skin it might be good for you.

This product is 100% clean and very moisturizing! This is a staple in my skin care! It is gentle but effective!
