I received this lip product free from La Mer and TopBox Circle in exchange for my honest review . La Mer’s The Lip Volumizer is truly a luxurious experience. Not only does it have tons of unique moisturizing ingredients like algae extract, sesame seed oil, sweet almond seed meal, barley extract, sesame seed powder, and more, but it instantly and over time plumps the lips! The immediate effect is a very cooling sensation that feels like it gently plumps with a formula that visually plumps and smooths. It smells like sweet mint, and the packaging feels luxe. The Sheer Shine shade is a sheer effect that gives a really nice and effective natural glow to minimize the appearance of lines in the lips. It’s hard to see on camera, but there’s a pinky lavender iridescence to it. It feels like putting on a beautiful lightweight sheer pink gloss, and has a smooth unique texture. It stays glossy and moisturized for many hours, but isn’t gloppy or sticky. It truly feels like a treatment and I notice my lips are more plumped and moisturized after using this regularly. I keep skipping other lip products so I can use this more often . I received this product for free from La Mer for testing and review purposes. The price point is extremely high, so if you do purchase one- make sure you don't misplace it! It has a slight plumping benefit and goes on sheer and glossy. It performs well but I cannot justify the high price tag.

Very nice color and leaves lips hydrated.

I love La Mer products (I've mainly tried skin care) and have been really excited to try their lip care. Gorgeous packaging and very lovely and useful applicator. The color is shear with a slight sheen and shimmer. It's not too much for day to day. I was afraid of it being too sticky and it wasn't. Plumping wise, I can't really see a big difference after a week of using, but maybe it will take a little longer. At least it leave my lips with a feeling of being moisturized. I received this product in exchange for an honest review and I’m very pleased with this lip gloss. It makes my lips look smooth, healthy and plump despite the horrible Michigan winter. This product contains sea kelp and other moisturizing ingredients that help my lips prosper. Life it!

The texture feels very luxe and smooth, not sticky at all. It glides on easily. It gives my lips a beautiful glossy shine while still looking very natural. The sheer tint enhances my natural lip color without being overpowering. I love layering it with nude lip liner. I noticed my lips looked more plump and hydrated almost right away. Nice plump and gloss

I am so picky about what I can wear on my lips. I don't know if it's a sensory thing or just a preference, but anything that is too thick or tacky goes straight in the garbage. That being said, I absolutely love this stuff. It's thin but substantial, there is a nice minty flavor to it, and I love the color. The only drawback is the price- I wish I could afford to get all the colors and shades! It also definitely plumps my lips up between injections lol without that burning feeling!
