I received this product as a free sample - saved it for a day when I had a special event in to attend in the evening, my skin care and prep was flawless leading up to application. Did a full face of make up with this as the base - and I haven't seen my make up application look this bad since middle school in the 90s .... it immediately made the make up on top pooled and separated as if I had been wearing it for hours, rather than freshly set. I need to re-do my make up completely now.... thus would not recommend this to anyone, except mayyyyybe localized application on a super porous nose.

every time i use this primer i breakout really bad. it clogs my pores like none other. stay away if you have acne prone skin!

Yes yes yes. This is what I had been looking for. It does not have that silicone finish that tends to make my skin oily. It feels hydrating and it definitely helps my foundation stay in place.

Love it! Super smooth and matte

I got a sample and immediately purchased full size. I’m a fan of the original version and love super matte skin so this was a must. It goes beautifully over sunscreen which is my main use. Skin stays matte for hours. I get an oily t zone and this really helps. A little dusting of loose powder or Mac Studio fix and I’m good to go. It’s very silky and creamy. Skin doesn’t feel tacky after. On makeup days it holds the makeup on nicely. I look great at the end of day. Highly recommend.

Perfect for oily skin

Loving this primer. I have very oily skin and enlarged pores and consistently deal with product slipping all over my skin. This is the first primer I’ve used that helps my makeup set better and doesn’t make my face splotchy after a couple of hours. It also doesn’t cause any reactions with other products I use.

Did not work for me. Try it, but there are MUCH better options widely available.
