I wanted to love this so bad. I got a mini sample and loved how soft it made my skin so I got the full size. After a week I got the worst cystic acne all over my face and white heads as well. It took a month of prescription treating to get it to go away.

This cleanser is fantastic. I have been re-purchasing this for years. It cleans all my makeup off and leaves my skin feeling fresh for my night time routine. It’s also fantastic in the morning. It’s not harsh, no over powering scent, just perfect.

I so love this face wash i finally gave it a try. I started out with the smaller bottle to see if I would like it and I do.

A must-have face wash

This is my second purchase of this product. So light and creamy, only need a pea sized amount. Lasts a long time. Takes of makeup while washing face.

Finally, a cleanser that doesn’t strip my skin

I waited almost 5 months to write this review because I wanted to be sure. I have very dry skin, and this is one of the only face washes that doesn’t strip my skin at all. I’ve been using it since October and I still have product left because you only need a very small amount each time. It cleans gently and leaves my skin feeling soft and comfortable, never tight or dry. Even though it’s on the pricier side, it lasts a long time and works extremely well for dry skin, making it absolutely worth the money. I would definitely repurchase.

I got the mini of this to begin with to take on holiday and I absolutely loved it. So rich and creamy. . definitely going to get the full size next

it’s been amazing for me

I bought this in a mini size because i needed a travel size cleanser and wow. I will be buying a big size when i run out of it. My skin is normal/dry at times and i’m used to having a lot of bumps on my forehead and after using this for a couple of weeks it has gone away and my face has gotten clearer. I will be trying the moisturizer soon. i would 100% recommendfor for a couple of weeks

A calm, gentle cleanser I keep reaching for

I have normal skin with some pore concerns, and this is one of those cleansers I keep coming back to without thinking too much about it. Most cleansers either feel too harsh or do nothing noticeable, but this one feels calming while still giving gentle exfoliation. My skin feels clean, soft, and comfortable — not tight, not irritated. What I really notice is how my skin feels after. It’s hydrated and calm, and my next skincare steps just go on better. It doesn’t feel like I need to fix anything afterward. This isn’t for someone looking for strong exfoliation or instant dramatic results. It’s more of a quiet, consistent kind of product — and those are usually the ones I trust long-term. Used regularly, not a first impression.

Not for sensitive skin. I had a horrible breakout that lasted a while after stopping this product.

Not bad, not great

I’ve been using this cleanser for about 2 weeks and I don’t see much of a change in my skin. I have pretty dry skin especially in the winter and it doesn’t dry me out but also very hydrating on its own. My biggest negative is how scented it is. It’s so strong in smell like old lady perfume. I wish previous reviews had mentioned that more. Glad I bought the mini version.

Top-Tier Facial Cleanser

Hands down the BEST facial cleanser I have EVER used! I have super sensitive skin and have never had a bad reaction using this. My skin feels refreshed and looks amazing.I could not recommend enough!
