Use for a good hair day

I have super thick, long, course, wavy and frizzy hair. Every time I use this, I visibly notice my hair behaves better. Its shinier, softer, less frizzy, holds curls better, straightens faster, and stays looking good for longer. Every time I use this, I know I’m going to have a good hair day. And I love Ouais scents, so this smells great.

Good if you want to splurge!

I love using the ouai hair mask! It helps keep your hair hydrated and makes brushing out the knots a breeze! It is kinda pricey for the size so it does run out a little faster then I would like but overall pretty good!

I really wanted to love this mask, especially since it's so expensive. I kept giving it another chance, but today I finally tossed it. The amount of hair that comes out while I comb it with product in is insane. It's a good thing I had thick hair because I would have none left otherwise. I have tried putting handfuls of product in, but my hair still feels more dry after rinsing than it did before I put it in. My hair is naturally wavy, so maybe that's why, but I'm better off using a drug store product. I'm really disappointed in this.

Meh

Not sure how I feel about this one. Usually, when you use a hair mask and you rinse it out, your hair feels like silk. This one does not do that for me. I rinse it out and my hair feels tangled and dry still. The scent is also quite strong, it’s not bad, just a little strong.

This hasn't done much for my hair. It feels clean but I don't see the smoothness or shine it claims to provide. My hair ends up feeling dry and delicate.

Does not work

It did nothing for my hair, really nothing. My hair did not get any softer, shinier, or frizz-free.

Worst mask I’ve tried for very low porosity hair

If you have very low-porosity hair, maybe skip this one. I have 3A/B curly hair and I left this mask on as directed (10 or so min) and for several hours, and after each rinse my hair was still as squeaky i moisturized as it was when I rinsed my shampoo.

I had high expectations for this hair mask. It does the job, but it's not anything special and I expected more results from it for the price tag. It smells like deodorant and has a yogurt-like texture. I've used drugstore hair masks better than this one. Spend your money on a different hair mask. It's not worth the hype.

This product has become a staple in my wash day routine! I use this each week when I wash my hair and love how it hydrates. I find when I use other conditioners I don’t get enough hydration and find myself missing this!

Smelled awful

I really wanted to love this but I didn’t. I didn’t see much of what it did to my hair and it smelt TERRIBLE. It almost smelled like poop in a way. I had to put in another hair mask just to get the scent away. I do not recommend this. away. do not r

I have been using this product for a few months. It wasn’t a bad product, I was just expecting a bigger difference from my hair. It smelled nice and clean. I just wish it was more penetrating.
