The best purchase for shiny soft hair.

My hair is bouncy, shiny and soft. I found it very easy to use, less noisy than a regular blow dryer and less heavy too, my arm was not tired after styling my hair. It was the BEST decision and I love my Dyson Airwrap.

Sorely disappointed and feel misled! Burned hair!

Bought this a few weeks ago to try and freshen up my routine and minimise heat damage but it has singed my hair multiple times now and doesn’t style my hair at all. I’ve watched all the videos on the Dyson site but no matter how I try I’m unable to get a curl that looks good or lasts more than 10 minutes, the dryer attachment leaves my hair in knots And their own brush is visibly breaking my hair off unless I use it on the medium to cool setting. I don’t think I’ve ever been for disappointed in a product and am hoping to get a refund. I’d feel too guilty to sell it on! It’s that bad!

Great hair styler

Great on your hair, great overall product , performs well with gentle temperature control would highly recommend. I can’t live without my dyson hair styler, However , I recently had to replace my older model after 5 years and have to say I am not as impressed with the newer version. The WiFi connection appears to be a very unnecessary feature which appears to drive up the cost! I found the previous product expensive but now even more son. Also the round styling brush is a little too large for my mid to short length hair , which meant I had to purchase an additional brush resulting in more cost .

Easy to use!

I was skeptical, and truthfully intimidated by, the air wrap until I saw Briel Adams-Wheatley using it even though she doesn’t have arms. Her video showed how easily your hair just flows onto the roller and then easily comes off with a beautiful curl. No getting sucked up, snagged or tangled. That gave me the confidence I needed to try it. Now I love it! My elderly (63 year old) hair needs gentle low heat, and this air wrap delivers! I am still learning the best positions for my curls, but it is really easy to do. My hair comes out with smooth curls that last all day.

I bought this two weeks ago and I’m so glad that I did.Perfect for everyday use.

I bought about 3 weeks ago and am disappointed. Advertised developed for most hair types. Mine is fine, straight and jaw length bob. I am only getting flat styles with no volume. The round brush and smoothing brush is for long hair, not mine. I like the dryer portion (quiet and light) and Dyson’s commitment to protecting hair.

Worst product ever

This is the worst hair product I ever had. Drying and styling takes twice as long as compared with my normal mid and top range hairdryer and curler. The style doesn’t maintain and the hair looks very unhealthy after an attempt styling. Will return it. 0 starts from me

Hopeful

I’m still hopeful that I can make it work. Right now hair ends up too frizzy.

Ride or die

You know those products that seem incredibly overpriced but once you purchase them, you can't imagine life without them (wireless headphones, the original Dyson dryer)? This is one of them. I waited YEARS to buy this and if I lost it, I'd be driving straight to the store to buy another. It looks like I've had a blow out every time I use it, and I can legitimately be done with it (once my hair is 80% dry) in 10 minutes.

I have thick hair, and it doesn’t work — it doesn’t wrap my hair, even when I use Dyson cream. After 5 minutes, there’s nothing left on my hair.
