I find beauty blenders make for a wet finish and sometimes absorb the makeup instead of applying it leaving my face with a blotchy mixture of makeup and water.

Do not buy - makeup is very patchy

Horrible. I usually use the regular beauty blender but I bought this to try and it was so bad my makeup is so patchy and textured. Wish I could return it but I threw out the packaging. It also absorbs so much makeup and doesn’t wash

best sponge

I've always preferred using a sponge to apply foundation. I've been using beauty blenders for many years and it never disappoints. The texture is unmatched compared to cheaper versions; it's just smoother and squishier. I always get even coverage with no streaks. I use the round end for most of my face and the pointy end for around my eyes and nose. I also use it for setting powder and sometimes for powder blush/contour if I don't have clean brushes. It's easy to clean either with the beauty blender solid cleanser or mild/unscented shampoo and lasts a long time.

Beauty blenders are the best. Found the RT ones too Holey! These give a smooth application,.dont soak up too much product and survive being squeezed whilst washing. Don't know what is 'pro' about the black one and why its more expensive but love it just the same!

Soft and springy sponge that blends easily but eats up a lot of foundation. Wish it absorbed a bit less water and product!

A Waste of Money

I used this sponge only once so far and it started coming apart after the first wash. In my opinion it doesn't perform any better than the generic sponges on the market.

Truly a staple!

A lot of people complain about the price of these....while they are on the pricey side for beauty sponges they really are the best! I have tried to many other brands and I always come back to this one! They are sturdy, last forever, and so easy to clean! (coming from someone who wears a full face EVERYDAY) I was gifted my first one I ever tried as a X-MAS gift and have been hooked on them ever since! They help give that foundation/concealer an airbrushed finish and blend everything together so seamlessly!
