If you look at the ingredients in this product, you’ll notice that some are considered carcinogenic or even banned in Europe. Essentially, this cream relies on paraffin and petroleum — some of the cheapest ingredients used in cosmetics — yet it’s marketed and priced as a luxury product.

Great hydration, but no results on fine lines

I’ve finished around 9–10 jars of this product, and while it’s very hydrating and gives a luxurious feel, I have to be honest: it didn’t make any difference in my fine lines or wrinkles. It’s lovely to use, but if you’re hoping for visible anti-aging results, this may not be the one.

New formula nothing like the old formula

Used the old formula for years and it was the only thing that helped my dry undereye area. New formula is nothing like it and should be marketed as an entirely different product. Very disappointed.

Great product

I tried this eye cream based on prior reviews. I like the consistency of the cream. It improves the look of the skin around my eyes immediately upon applying the cream.

Loyal fan forever

My go-to eye cream. I’m a loyal Shiseido fan, having used it for almost 30 years. The eye cream jjust “works” for me, keeps the area around my eyes moisturized. At 65, I have no crows feet and minimal fine lines.

Not again

Way to greasy. Never had a problem with your products before. Used to use white Lucent anti dark circle eye cream. It was discontinued. So disappointing

New strong scent

Why did they add/change the scent?! It’s so strong in a cheap perfume way. Used to be a light, fresh scent which was barely noticeable. Now it’s nauseating. I’ve been using this cream for years and loved it, this is going back!

Very shimmery and moisturizing, is lightweight and feels soft on the skin. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t live without it! It makes my under eyes feel and look soft, my concealers applies better because my skin there is better. Is thick and I can see already a difference, my under eyes looks bright, smoother. I really like it.
