I’m extremely disappointed in this product. There is so little pencil that it can only be used once or twice before it’s gone, and on top of that, the mechanism is poorly made—the pencil either breaks or falls out because it doesn’t hold the insert securely. I tried to return it after only two weeks, but my return was denied because there was “no product left,” which makes no sense given how little is actually included. I initially liked it, but the amount you get and the faulty mechanism make this not worth the price.

I love how thin the pencil is and I like the formula. However it breaks easily bc it’s so skinny, it wastes so much product and sometimes it leaves me missing half my brows as it can smudge easily during busy days

It was great, but there is hardly any product in this pencil. Was gone very quickly and I did not repurchase. Rip off.

I have loved this product since it came out. Easy to use! However I am starting to realize that there is not much product in the package and it runs out very quickly. This would be my only set back. I am not on the hunt for something that will last a little bit longer for much money. am

Buy something else

I bought this the end of October and it’s ran out already. Could have something to do with the fact that it kept snapping off with minimal pressure. I had seen people mention this but I thought it’s likely some off. It’s not

Excellent product

I bought this because so many influencers and magazines spoke highly of it. The hype is true. I use it all the time and it’s easy. I especially love that the brown-black colour doesn’t have an auburn tint which I find in other brands.

Design flaw

Very disappointed. The product didn't even last a day. On the first twist the spring/mechanism sent the core/pencil flying out of the plastic barrel across the room.

Dry and crusty product

The thickness of the pencil is too thick and the product is way too dry. It made my eyebrows look horrendous.

It’s ok

I loved it at first and how natural it looks but there is no product at all in this.

I'm thinking that the people who are having trouble with this breaking are rolling the lead out too far and / or pressing down too hard. I roll it out only 1 mm or less and that is good for 1 (2 brows) application. I do sometimes huff my breath on it if it seems too hard or dry. I took the one star off because there really isn't a whole lot of product, but the price is pretty reasonable.

It’s not good, it breaks and doesn’t cover smoothly.

This is my second time purchasing this specific eyebrow pencil. I have tried them all, and this one is my favorite by far. I have oily skin and this one seems to last longer than others.
