Not a good product for my thin fine hair. It seems to make it more limp with no body at all. A refund would be appropriate. Very small bottle of conditioner for the cost.

Great Shampoo for Fine Hair!

I love this shampoo! It provides body to my fine hair and smells wonderful at the same time! It isn’t drying and doesn’t make my hair feel heavy! Glad I was introduced to it via an article I read online.

Need Volume…Look no further!!

I have been experiencing thinning hair. After using both the delicate volumising shampoo & conditioner for 2 weeks, my hair has more volume & bounce. It feels so good, and smells so fresh even two days later. This is my favorite hair care regimen.

Its not really worth it

The shampoo feels like its actually cleansing and it does smell great but I just don’t think its worth it for the amount of money it costs especially if you buy the set with the conditioner. My drugstore shampoos have lasted longer for a fraction of the price and do pretty much the same thing if not better

Moisturizing Shampoo for Hard Water Areas

I purchased this shampoo together with the conditioner, but unfortunately, the shampoo didn’t work well for me. It doesn’t lather properly in Japan’s soft water, and the texture feels too heavy for typical Japanese hair. After washing, my hair felt overly coated and lacked the light, clean finish I was hoping for. While the scent is absolutely wonderful and the formula is very moisturizing, it seems more suitable for European hard water. If you live in a hard water area and struggle with frizz or waviness, this shampoo could be a great choice for you. Personally, I wouldn’t repurchase it for use in soft water regions.

Hair feels coated

The jury is out on this at the moment. Used it about 4 times and my hair feels coated like its a bit greasy. Looks ok on the first day but by second day looks a bit flat and dull looking. I will use every other wash I think and see how that goes. I have been used to washing my hair every day until recently when I've tried to stretch it to washing it every other day.

I wanted to love this shampoo but it really didn’t do anything for my hair, smell isn’t that great either and I don’t see any difference in volume
