I have really bad psoriasis on my scalp and this helps me get rid of the big chunks of flakes so easily. makes me feel a little more confident in myself knowing my scalp is cleaner

Quality control issues/expired?

I’ve been using this product for like 2 years now. I’ve never had an issue with it and have loved using it because it has been helpful to my hair. I’m not sure what happened or if it’s an issue with quality control. The bottle I received recently was literally solid. Idk if it’s expired or what is wrong with it. But is clumpy and looks weird. I don’t think I can return this since I bought abut ago but this has never happened before. Very disappointed:/

This exfoliating scalp scrub is gentle, effective, and a great value. I use it weekly or anytime I’ve piled on too many products and it always leaves my scalp feeling clean without irritation. I know some people mention issues with the nozzle, but rinsing it with warm water after each use has worked perfectly for me. I’m on a hair regrowth journey, and this is definitely a product I’ll keep repurchasing.

Crusties at the end of the bottle??

I really liked this product for detoxifying my hair before showers — it made my scalp feel so clean and refreshed. But when I got to the end of the bottle and removed the tip, I was surprised (and honestly a bit grossed out) to find a bunch of buildup inside. It makes me wonder if that’s been sitting there the whole time!

better results with simpler products

the application nozzle is great because you can make contact with the scalp. but the consistency doesn't help. mine ran like water, so even when I would gently tip it, some much would come out to the point it was running down my back or face. it made my scalp drier. it didn't matter what I did to rehydrate. if they reformulated this but kept the packaging it could do well.

seemed to get stuck in the bottle also quite gritty and was harder to wash out of my hair compared to other scalp scrubs

Pink slime in bottle

Does not compare to the salicylic scalp treatment. This actually made my scalp itchy & my hair hurt, like running fingers along scalp hurt. Also I got halfway through the bottle, and nozzle was stuck, so I dumped it in a glass & there was pink slime in it!

Do Not Buy! Chunky!

The product clumps and clogs the nozzle. I should have returned. It was disgusting!

I bought this hoping it would help exfoliate my scalp since I had been noticing dryness and small flakes. At first when I used it I thought it was working well because I noticed a ton of granules coming off my scalp. I realized later that it was probably just the product which had become stuck together. It was clogging the nozzle like crazy and making it really hard to dispense. In the end I lost more than half the product just trying to get it out of the container. I had to fully remove the cap to access the product. I'm thinking of just getting the ordinary glycolic acid toner instead.

Train w/ a shake weight so you can mix properly

I bought this by accident. I have used the salicylic acid treatment in the past (which I loved). This one is just ok. The physical exfoliant in the bottle requires extremely vigorous shaking - like non-stop for 10-15 mins. Also you need to make sure the tip is clear of built up exfoliant or you’ll never get this stuff out of the bottle. It smells unpleasant but it did the job it was designed for and did not over dry my scalp.

It's Effective

I used this a few days before going to a salon to have my hair styled. Without revealing that I used this product, my stylist immediately told me that my scalp looked really clear and clean! I'm pleased about the effectiveness of this product.

I saw new baby hair from first week of use.

I was looking for those ingredients as the other brand equivalent is 4 times the price for half the product and it promises reduction of hair loss. I was not disappointed. My scalp feels clean and hydrated no built up and I saw new hair.
