Good but not for me

I have 2b hair and it did pretty much nothing to me :/ BUT my girlfriend has nice 3b curls and they looked so nice and shiny and defined when she used it!! So i would say it works but not on everyone unfortunately

nothing special but hasn't hurt my hair in any way either. feels like pretty normal conditioner but at least to me it looks like issues that lead to previous negative reviews have been resolved

Dryness :(

Unfortunately I had to return this product. I have fine 2C hair that is very long and thick. Was hoping this would smooth out my split ends but it definitely dried them out even more after one use. might work great if you have stronger hair but don’t recommend if trying to repair damages . use :(

My hair fell out

I bought this along with the shampoo and it was a disaster. I lost half of my hair. I am not exaggerating. I thought it was stress and used them for monthssss. Once I stopped using them, my hair stopped falling out and I realized it was these products the entire time. Don’t buy them!

Not it

Today I randomly used this shampoo again after switching to Kerastase, which my new hairdresser recommended. Right away, my hair felt kind of coated—almost waxy—and not nearly as soft. I also noticed more hair shedding than usual. I’ve tried the Normcore (orange) one too and didn’t LOVE that either. Overall, I wouldn’t buy this brand again. Kerastase is actually worth the $.

Lightweight and Nourishing

I try to avoid using too many hair products. I have naturally straight hair that feels best when it’s freshly washed and blow dried. Any kind of product put in my hair usually makes it feel greasy or heavy and then I don’t feel my best. So I usually skip conditioner too for this reason. However, that’s not really working for me! My hair is thirsty! This works great for my hair that I like to keep very clean feeling. It does not weigh down and actually adds great shine.

effective, but…

it really did improve the overall look of my hair in terms of gloss/shine. harsh chemicals are required to achieve this though. i recommended using it on the lower-half of your long hair only!

Must have in my vanity

The best for fine and frizzy hair. Really hydrates the hair. Best when u leave it on hair for at least 5min.

Terrible product - extremely drying

This product turned my hair to STRAW! I have fine, thin hair and this conditioner did the opposite of condition, soften and shine - it stripped all the moisture out of my hair! Do not recommend, especially if you have fine hair.

Loved it for the longest time but my hair now has serious breakage and I received an email about a recall. Probably will never purchase Amika products again 💔

AMAZING!!

I just finished my first 2 bottles of this shampoo and conditioner and it makes my hair so shiny and soft must have in my routine. Will repurchase every time
