Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner - Tus de ochi

I was exploring new liners and decided on this one from rare beauty. I loved the brush tip and how easy for me to draw my wing. Unfortunately, overtime my liner started leaking.

I’ve been using this the last two weeks and initially this eyeliner was so pigmented and very felt tip. However, now I’ve noticed the eyeliner is drying out so heavily to where I can’t even draw my winged eyeliner anymore. Wanted to love it but I can barely use it now :/

Smudges and leaks

I've bought this liner multiple times. At first, it was great, I loved it. I am not sure if the formula has changed but it smudges so bad now. Also, it leaks all over the pen at times. Very disappointed, will have to find another liner to use.

Do not get. Dries out instantly

Dried out so quickly, skips, just not it. I am so disappointed and annoyed I spent the money on it

I agree with other reviews that it can be inconsistent in packaging. I’ve had some of this eyeliner last forever with no issue, others expel so much ink that it’s puddled in my lash line and others seem to dry out quickly. The top seems to loosen often as well. I’ve also had several incidents where when I remove the cap, the inside is filled with the ink and the black liner gets everywhere so I’ve had to stop traveling with it. Overall I think it’s more of a packaging problem because when it works properly, the precision and pigment is amazing.

Dries out very quickly

I’ve been purchasing this eyeliner for years, has always been my favorite since it came out, I love the tip, pigment and precision. However the last two I’ve purchased dried out in less than two weeks. Not sure if it’s a faulty batch, but very annoying!

Long-wearing but inconsistent

I like the longevity of this product but it’s sooo streaky. i’ve only had it for a week and a half and it looks like i’ve had it for a year. Maybe I got a dud but either way it’s a shame because it just isn’t opaque enough opaque enough en

Good but comes with baggage

I feel like this product performs differently every time I use it. It's decently long-wearing and goes on quite easy, but I find if it's stored on its side for a while, it dries up and I'm just dragging the dry brush across my eye, but if I store it upright for even one day, product is literally dripping off the brush! I've never had that happen to me with a product before, but for the most part it's still perfectly usable and looks good, I just end up with eyeliner on my fingers almost every time because it gets frustratingly messy. Wouldn't buy again, but glad it's lasting me a long time.

Good but not the best

Great color, easy to use and wonderful pigmentation but transfers.

I was so excited to try this liner, but it turned out to be very disappointing. I wore it only on my top lid and it smeared to the bottom. Do not recommend

Sharp Wing Energy

This matte liquid liner is flawless. The tip makes it so easy to create a sharp, precise wing, and the black is deep and intense. Once it dries, it does not budge. It gives soft glam at first glance, but the bold matte finish adds that fierce edge. I wore it all day and it stayed perfect. Definitely a staple in my routine.

I’ve been using liquid pen liners for years and decided to try this one. It has good colour and is easy to apply but my recently my hands have been covered in product during application. As others mentioned - the pen twists open if you don’t hold it proper hand I’m not sure why I’d want to open it anyways? Just really disappointed with all the product I’m losing on my hands when it leaks. And I don’t even shake it!! The first stroke is always double the ink I need too. Might try once more and hope this is a one off, otherwise back to Benefit roller liner for me
