Perfect for Braided hairstyles!

I love using this for braids! I saw another reviewer say that’s what they used, and so I bought it since I recently learned how to braid (Yeah, yeah.. i’m 20… just learned) and I hated how straggly my bleached blonde hair can look in a braid. This stuff is PERFECT for that! It held through my 12 hour shift at my serving job and made my hair look super shiny and healthy! I use tons of OLAPLEX but still, sometimes u just need that extra grip and hold to make the hair not get that… rough look… after a few hours in braids when you’ve been running around and don’t pay too much attention to it.

It’s my recent short hair cut, this stuff is very nice to work with. Keeps my textured style, smells good and isn’t hard as a rock. Only downfall is the wax on the hands but I don’t mind, it smells great!

Good for braids

I don’t use like this advertise it. I really only use when I do French braids in my hair. I like it cause it give a nice shine but also has a good hold on my hair. I can leave my braids in for three days before washing it. It also doesn’t give me dandruff either.

Strong “masculine” scent

This is a decent product but the scent was too strong and “masculine” for me. I think if my hair was shortI might be ok with the pomade like texture but compared to other products I’ve used in the past this one was a bit greasier than I’d like. My intent was to use it to create textured ends but by the end of the day my hair felt more greasy despite being judicious with the amount I used. The scent was a deal breaker as it clashed with my sweeter body cream and other products. Overall it’s a decent product if you like a heavier scent and prefer a light pomade though it wasn’t for me.

LOVE IT

I love it. It does exactly what it says it’s going to do. I have medium length hair and use it to texturize my layers, rubbing my ends with my fingers and taming flyaways. It’s a great pomade for people with longer hair who want the benefit of a thick consistency product that doesn’t weigh your hair down. I like the smell, too.

I bought this for a good friend for Christmas. He usually uses a styling gel so I got him this to try. Mainly because I thought it smelt amazing lol. But he loved it. He makes me go and pick it up for him whenever I go to Sephora. I haven’t seen him go back to styling gels since so definitely recommend for hairstyling short hair.

RETURNNNNNED ASAP - I recently cut my hair short and wanted something to add shine, hold and create some texture. This product made my hair a shinny, sticky, clumpy mess.

Great Product; Bring Back to Stores

I purchase this for my husband and he loves it. It is the perfect consistency for styling his hair on a daily basis. We just don't understand why they are not carrying it in stores anymore???!!

I’ve been using this product for years. I have never found a styling product that works as well for my thick course hair.

Good but waxy

I got this for my husband who has curly and out of control hair. He likes it but finds it a little waxy for day to day use. It holds his hair well but a little heavy for every day

Nice flexibility. Feels soft. Lightweight but gets the job done. You can re-apply easily with no flaking.

Great replacement for a light hold hairspray. Adds a definition and shine. A little goes a long way, no need to reapply between washings. Great for Travel as an all in one finishing product for your style. Easy to transfer a small amount into a separate, smaller container.
