The Thank U Next eyeshadow palette has a very wearable mix of universal neutral and pink tones. The mattes & sparkly matte are very easy to blend and have very little fallout, whilst the various shimmer formulas [metallic & shimmer] aren't overly dry and have a nice glow to them - they're not my favourite and the permanent eyeshadow palettes by the brand use more molten formulas, but these are definitely not the worst formulas out there. The feel and performance of the formulas is pretty strong (all day wear, with no colour fade & no creasing on my heavily hooded eyes). I hadn't been interested in R.E.M. Beauty initially, however the words 'limited edition' & the resulting FOMO reeled me in for the Thank U Next collection, sucker that I am. The Thank U Next eyeshadow palette contains a very wearable colour story, in a slick toss-in-a-bag-and-go compact. The palette comes in a set with a black liquid eyeliner [very decent - slim tip, fast drying & longwearing formula] and a pair of false eyelashes [not my cup of tea - not too heavy & fiddly, but in no way natural looking]. Like I said above, the permanent eyeshadow palettes from R.E.M use superior formulas, so I can't honestly say that you have to pick Thank U Next up just for the palette. The lashes were something that I could have done without, as I honestly don't see myself wearing them again - I'd rather have had gotten a mascara or shadow primer in this set. The eyeliner is the only permanent product here and I think that it is the best product in this set, and it is something that I will consider rebuying since the KVD Tattoo Liner quality has slipped over the past couple of years.
