It goes on very smooth and light, not tacky or sticky like some others can be. It lightly plumps with minimal tingling sensation. This gives a very natural look which is what I prefer. It is definitely worth the price because the quality of the product is so high. I love this for a girls night out!

Hydrates lips

I have tried this on my lips and initially feels like a tingling effect on lips for a couple of seconds and then settles. This lip plumper has a bit of a steep price tag. It did give me slight volume. The gloss color is fairly sheer but leaves this pretty shine. The formula caused a little bit of tingling but no burning sensation. If you are looking for a non burning slightly plumping gloss this would be for you. One of my favorites

I received this product for free from La Mer for testing and review purposes. This gloss is fantastic. It left my lips feeling super nourished for hours. When applied it has a very satisfying tingling feeling. The plumping effects are mild, but it feels so luxurious on the lips, doesn’t leave a sticky/tacky feeling on the lips, and leaves the lips moisturized for longer than I thought it would. It is on the expensive side, but it is La Mer. They offer excellent quality products with premium ingredients and top tier packaging which aren’t cheap. Even the packaging is beautiful.

I have been using the Lamer Lip Volumizer in the neutral color for 2 weeks now and I really like it- it does what it says- makes my lips more plump without drying them out or stinging. However, at this price point, you can find one that does the job but half the cost. It’s a luxury and I love it but I’m not sure if I’d repurchase. Nice gloss, but didn't wow me with the volumizing.

I wanted to love the La Mer Lip Volumizer, and while I do like it, it didn’t fully wow me. The texture feels really nice and luxe, and my lips do feel smoother and more hydrated when I wear it. That said, the plumping effect is pretty subtle on me. I was expecting a bit more fullness, especially for the price. It’s a solid lip treatment and I’ll keep using it for moisture, but if you’re buying it mainly for dramatic plumping, it might fall a little short. I received this lip product free from La Mer and TopBox Circle in exchange for my honest review . La Mer’s The Lip Volumizer is truly a luxurious experience. Not only does it have tons of unique moisturizing ingredients like algae extract, sesame seed oil, sweet almond seed meal, barley extract, sesame seed powder, and more, but it instantly and over time plumps the lips! The immediate effect is a very cooling sensation that feels like it gently plumps with a formula that visually plumps and smooths. It smells like sweet mint, and the packaging feels luxe. The Sheer Shine shade is a sheer effect that gives a really nice and effective natural glow to minimize the appearance of lines in the lips. It’s hard to see on camera, but there’s a pinky lavender iridescence to it. It feels like putting on a beautiful lightweight sheer pink gloss, and has a smooth unique texture. It stays glossy and moisturized for many hours, but isn’t gloppy or sticky. It truly feels like a treatment and I notice my lips are more plumped and moisturized after using this regularly. I keep skipping other lip products so I can use this more often .
