The Shade: 10N Ace

As someone with a very fair complexion, 10N Ace is a decent match in terms of depth. It is a true neutral—it doesn’t lean too pink or too yellow. However, like many Benefit base products, it has a slight tendency to oxidize (darken) about half a shade once it sets. If you are between shades, I would recommend going with the lighter option to account for that shift. The "Porefessional" DNA is definitely present here. The texture is lightweight and creamy, feeling almost like a silicone-based primer in liquid form. It feels weightless on the skin and doesn’t have that heavy, "mask-like" sensation. However, because it contains Niacinamide, it can feel a bit tingly or drying if your skin barrier is already compromised. If you have dry patches, this foundation will find them and cling to them, so prep is essential. This is where the foundation lost points for me. While it claims 24-hour wear, it started to break up around my nose and chin after about 5–6 hours. The packaging is classic Benefit: cute, quirky, and functional. It comes in a custom-molded bottle that feels sturdy.

Received wrong shade

I received the wrong color shade and wasn’t able to test the product to its full potential. The product is very smooth and has full coverage but was unable to show a picture because i am not the complexion of the product i received. The consistency was very full coverage and buildable! I’m not aware of the longevity of the product thus i can not speak on that.

Good

I really love the consistency and coverage of this foundation, but I have noticed it oxides a bit and will later on look a lot warmer on my skin. Other than that, though, I have been reaching for it as a daily foundation.

Este foarte potrivit pentru ten mixt-rezista bine pe parcusul zilei, nu se separa, nu se strange in liniile fine si nu evidențiază porii. Acoperirea este medie spre mare.

Poreless!

Absolutely flawless on other people, I went in store and tried it. It’s so pretty and gives a flawless base. This was just deeply the wrong shade. If I could wear it I’d upload pics as well.

Very nice foundation

I’m always looking for a light coverage foundation that blends nicely and doesn’t sit too heavy on my skin, and I feel like this one really fits the bill. I was worried about the shade match but it looks great once it’s blended and really gives a natural finish. Also appreciate that the packaging is glass and has a little weight, it feels really premium.

Not for me

This foundation was not for me, I’m more of a light to medium coverage girly. This was more in the full coverage side but very liquidy. It did settle into the fine line and had lots of transfer without any setting powder. The shade rage was off as well. I’m usually a light warm and this was easy too dark still for me. I’d skip this and test something else and get a bang for my buck.

Great coverage and lasts a long time.

This foundation is great! It’s so smooth and has great coverage. A little goes a long way so it is way worth it and lasts so long. The pump is nice to use. Blends VERY nicely onto my skin too!

Covers super well and looks so smooth!

I wasn’t able to get a *perfect* color match since I had no idea what I was grabbing, but this seems to be pretty close! The video shows the foundation after I actually blended a little, so you can see that it melted into my skin and created a blurring effect. I would say this is full coverage as I wasn’t able to have a “sheer” look, but the finish is so nice that I don’t mind! Definitely would use this one for full glam. Recommend 100%!

It's definitely one of my favorite bases for any occasion. Its coverage is excellent, without leaving the skin dry it gives you a matte effect and at the same time your skin looks like porcelain since it perfectly covers pores and imperfections

Wrong color sent

Unfortunately, I did not receive the color for my complexion. I could not use the product as the color is not for me or my skin tone. Hopefully you will get the right color.

Easy to apply and blend

I was very positively surprised by this foundation! A really good match, and easy to apply with a brush, sponge, or fingers. It barely oxidized over the day, and was easy to remove. The only downside is that this will definitely cling to dry patches, so if your skin isn’t super exfoliated and hydrated it will make texture look worse.
