I want to love it but it honestly kinda sucks

I love the skincare aspect of this product and absolutely love the foundation, but I’m gonna be so honest, the concealer absolutely sucks. Apparently this is a lot of people’s holy grail, but this creases so badly after a couple hours of wear, and it also clings onto dry patches. I only use it because I’ve already bought it and want to finish it, but the hourglass concealer is my true holy grail. Another thing is that this concealer isn’t really that full coverage either. My dark circles still pop out. I want to love this product because it’s worked for a lot of other people and bc of all the skincare benefits, but I rlly hate the wear…

Nice Consistency But Applicator Came Off

I really liked this concealer but the sponge applicator came off inside the bottle and it is now unusable. I don’t think I even made it halfway through it. In terms of the concealer, it is a nice consistency for fine lines and I would say it is more light to medium coverage, but I was overall impressed (minus the applicator).

Formula was very cakey and as others have mentioned applicator WILL break. Very disappointing product.

As a girly who hasn’t wore makeup in the past, and doesn’t really like to just because the feeling on my face after having my baby just wanting to feel pretty again by wearing makeup this concealer literally feels like there’s nothing on my face. It is so freaking pretty. I went into the store to get the proper shade match. Just because I’m terrible with such things and they were so helpful and it was so cool to see the process of how they do it. I actually got matched two different shades and I bought both concealers. The foundation will be my next purchase but 15 out of 10 love this concealer one 100% recommend. 

sponge sucks bad

honestly product is great. used it maybe 5 times because it’s my winter shade and the sponge fell off inside the tube so now i can’t use this product.

dark eyes= using more product

eh to get good coverage u need to apply a thick layer and it makes it heavy. but it does smooth ur skin out. still experimenting tho

This concealer was mid it broke within 2 days of having it the applicator is horrible

Wanted to love it

I heard so many good things about this concealer and wanted to love it. But honestly it’s super cakey and leaves a weird texture on your skin. It’s also pretty drying. I probably wouldn’t repurchase this.

Am I Being Gaslit by the Internet?

Question: do people actually like this concealer? Because I have never felt more collectively lied to by the internet. I’ve seen endless rave reviews for the Haus Labs concealer, and since I was in the market for something new, I figured I’d give it a shot. Huge mistake. This is, without exaggeration, the worst concealer I have ever used. It is not hydrating. At all. In fact, it somehow manages to look dry and heavy at the same time, an impressive feat, honestly. The texture is thick, almost pasty, and it’s stubbornly hard to blend no matter what you use: fingers, brush, sponge, prayers. It clings to dry patches I didn’t even know existed, settles immediately into fine lines, and makes the under-eye area look older, heavier, and more tired than if I’d just… skipped concealer entirely. What really gets me is how unforgiving it is. You have about half a second of working time before it sets into a cakey, immovable mess. Layering? Forget it. One swipe too many and it starts breaking apart, emphasizing texture, and turning patchy in a way that is deeply unflattering. For a concealer that’s marketed as radiant, skin-like, and suitable for mature or dry under-eyes, this performs like the exact opposite. It wears like a full-coverage stage makeup product with none of the flexibility or comfort you’d expect at this price point. I genuinely don’t understand the hype. If you have perfectly smooth, crease-free under-eyes and love a thick, dry formula, maybe this works for you. For everyone else, save your money and your sanity. This concealer didn’t just disappoint me; it actively made my makeup look worse. Hard pass.

Not worth it-Faulty Applicators

Good concealer but the applicator breaks in the bottle or while using on your face within a few months. I emailed Haus Labs and the sent me a new concealer and the applicator broke again! I've emailed them 3 times now, each time they send me a concealer but at this point I rather buy a concealer from another brand rather than having the applicator break on me in the middle of me doing my make up. So frustrating.
