Applicator Defect - PLEASE FIX THIS

I love the product but there is a MAJOR flaw - both times I’ve ordered it, the applicator comes off the wand, and I can no longer use it and need to throw it out. So now that I know this is the norm, I need to find a new product

Coverage wasn’t great. Only after a couple of uses the sponge tip applicator fell off inside the tube so can no longer use anyways. Was outside the 30 day window to return so not worth the cost in my opinion

A must have concealer

After using this product for the last few weeks I noticed that my skin doesn't dry out. The application is very easy and the coverage is good.

Best concealer, worst packaging.

This was the perfect concealer for my acne prone skin. But the packaging is the worst. 2nd time I used it, the applicator fell off inside and I wasn’t able to return it anymore. I just kept using it using a different applicator. applicator.

favorite concealer, just one small problem..

I absolutely adore everything about the formula of this concealer, my only complaint is that both times I have purchased, the applicator tip broke off very easily and I’ve had to use an alternative wand to dispense the rest of the product. Other than that, perfection!

Great formula - terrible applicator!

Amazing formula for under eyes and small blemishes. It layers wonderfully and lasts well. I used it for a few weeks and would’ve considered myself a full convert to this product. However…the applicator tip broke off…so I bought a second tube. That tip just broke off as well so I’m extremely disappointed. I hope they address this immediately, because it’s a great formula - just impossible to use when the applicator is guaranteed to break off.

Product Great, Applicator Quality Disappointing

Product has great coverage. Skin match was close to perfect. Did not cake. Felt really light and hydrating. The only problem was that the applicator broke in the bottle less than a month after use. Quality of makeup is still worth buying again. Hoping that company will notice the reviews and fix the applicator issue.

The doe foot broke off immediately when I opened this for the first time so I returned it and got another one and within a week the new one broke too. The formula is great but not worth the hassle of dealing with the packaging. And if I'm paying this much for a concealer, I expect better quality. To have this be such a big problem is unacceptable.

I recently switched my foundation to Haus and loved it so I wanted to try the concealer out! beautiful finish, and the coverage can easily be built up. blends like a dream and out of all the concealers I've ever tried, this one creases the absolute least! I've been using Nars creamy radiant and I reach for the Haus WAY more. my only issue is with the shade range. It's huge, but the gaps between the neutral shades are also huge. I purchased this in 01 Fair Neutral because I love a brightening concealer, but, it's a little too bright for me. I have to add another concealer in with it to darken it a bit. the next neutral shade, 04, isn't bright enough. I'm a light complexion and wear shade 100 in the foundation (also slightly light, but, next neutral shade is too dark for winter). I hope they add some more in between shades in!

It’s a No

It’s so-so. The texture feels sticky under my eyes almost in a lip gloss kind of way. It’s enough of a turn off to keep me from picking it up and using it. My under eyes never look quite right with this on. The Natasha Denona Hy-glam concealer is my favorite for reference.

I like the product but a week into using it the doe foot fell off into the concealer. I think there are similar formulas with more reliable packaging.

This has been my go to concealer since it launched two years ago. I've purchased multiple tubes in the past few years. I love the formula, but something has changed with the component. The sponge tip has broken off the last two tubes I bought within weeks of purchase. I can still scrape out the concealer, but this is just not acceptable. I already ordered the Natasha Deonna concealer. If I like it I will be switching over. Its too bad because the product itself is great. So three stars because the product itself is great, but the component needs to be updated.
