Great product but horrible applicator.

I love this concealer! It’s the perfect match. However, the applicator is awful. The applicator for the bottle I was using for a few months started to come loose so I thought maybe I was applying too much pressure. Surely enough i put it back in the bottle and I pulled it out and the tip was broken. Thinking I found a good solution, I grab my new bottle which was still in the packaging and hadn’t been opened yet with the plan of just using that applicator since my old bottle was almost empty anyway. I open the new one and the tip was already broken. Great product but disappointed by how weak the applicator is.

This is excellent! I have started using it on its own for my no-makeup makeup days and have received compliments on my skin looking great. It’s lightweight, not drying, and doesn’t crease. I’m 39 and early peri skin issues if that helps anyone.

Horrible Applicator

I’ve been consistently repurchasing this product over the past year and I have basically had to buy it monthly because the applicator keeps breaking. I’m officially done repurchasing this product as I’ve been essentially buying a new concealer monthly.

Horrible applicator

Applicator tip broke right off inside the bottle not long after buying this, now I can’t use it. I rarely used this product so the fact that it broke was laughable.

Color is great. Doesn’t seep into lines. However, I thought it would be more hydrating. Mak sure to use a good eye cream with it.

Applicator Broke

Would’ve been a five star but applicator broke off. I would love to repurchase in the future because the formula itself is perfection, but I don’t want to go through the applicator malfunction again. I hope that gets fixed!

Perfect concealer

I have seen so many good reviews on this and I bought it today and this is my favorite concealer I’ve used so far.

Disappointed

I don’t know if this was a one off the colour was great I’ve only used it 2-3 times and it’s SOOOO dry and flaky. Even when I put it under my eye right away it’s not seamless and just creases. I’ll stick to tower 28

I bought this concealer being really skeptical, but after I finished my base it did NOT CREASE at all and while still being very coverage and I have VERY VERY dry skin so I have to do skin prep (I cleanse my face and use a face scrub an then a toner serum and moisturizer then a gel moisturizer on my eyes) and even though I took a nap on min my makeup and wore it for 12 hours I promise you it did not crease i definitely recommend

Great product, sh*tty applicator.

I have super dark, hollow, and wrinkly under eyes and this product has been my saving grace when combating those issues. I was previously using nars concealer until a friend recommended I try this, and now I’ll never go back! I will say though, after only having the product for not even three weeks the applicator just snapped off under light pressure. Super disappointing considering how much I love the formula. Hoping they find a solution for this issue as it seems to be a common occurrence.

Holy Grail Concealer with the WORST applicator

Holy Grail concealer but the WORST applicator! I love this product, but after two broken applicators in a row… time to begin a new quest to find a better option. Just feels ridiculous to spend this amount of money when drug store brands/applicators hold up better.

Applicator ripped off.

i love this concealer but the applicator tore off in the tube .. there no way i can get it out and now it’s just gonna be wasted .. really upset . i literally used maybe 8 times .. :(
