Works well, but not CGM friendly

First of all, this mask works! My hair feels hydrated and soft after a single use. I have thick, coarse, curly hair that CRAVES moisture, and this product delivered. I love how thick and luxurious it is, and while the smell is strong, I thought it was a very pleasant scent and enjoyed it. However I can't give it 5 stars because it does contain some "bad" ingredients like silicon and wax. If you follow the CGM very seriously, this isn't for you. I will continue to use it, but probably no more than once a month, and I will make sure to use a clarifying shampoo the following wash.

Great items for dry scalp and strengthening ends!

I love this stuff, I don't use it often but it makes my hair soft and also helps my dry scalp because it hydrates the tips of my hair.

High amounts of silicone

Coming from a hairdresser I avoid this product because of the high amount of Amodimethicone / silicone. That’s just my preference and I can’t say I’d recommend this product.

And I do have fine hair and it is easily weighed down I like the ease of use and the short time to keep the mask on my hair . Some masks can stay on your hair for several hours, depending on your hair type and the ingredients. This product has peptides and Amino acids that resulted in a supple and soft hair results . This repairs hair at the molecular level . It is a peptide bonder which helps the peptides bond together . The consistency and smell is lovely and results were truly satisfying. Hi my name is Emily . I’m a 30 something who works in tech by day and loves beauty reviewing and playing by night . I love all things beauty , skincare for antiaging and acne and makeup . I have wavy hair that is very long . It goes through a lot I swim and get it in the chlorine at least once a week . This mask in just one use did so much for my hair . It made my hair soft , less dry , and I noticed my wave pattern is a lot tighter . I would say even it gave me a ringlets in places that used to be a loose s -wave . Also did I mention it smells so nice ! I also used in a less conventional way , to apply on dry hair before wash . It helped me to detangle my hair to wash. After washing far more manageable. Easy to brush out and my hair waves has a tighter patten . This mask is a miracle worker for my wavy hair .

The L’Oreal Professionals is a new experience for me. I’ve tried L’Oreal products in the past from the drugstore but never the professionals line. Overall I was impressed with the quality of the product but there was also a major drawback for me. The product comes in nice packaging. Very sleek and minimal design and packing. Upon first use I noticed it has a nice consistency, not too thick but not runny either. My biggest issue with this is the smell. It has an extremely strong smell. The smell is similar to a men’s cologne. The scent itself isn’t bad but it is too concentrated. I am sensitive to smells and ended up with a migraine. The smell also lingers behind strongly in your hair. But, the positives of the product is, it absolutely does what it’s intended to do. My hair looks better than ever after using it. It is extremely sleek, smooth, and very healthy looking. Split ends are not noticeable at all after using the mask. I have fine hair and it did its job without weighing my hair down. Overall, it is a very solid product that gives great results. The scent just needs to be diluted in my opinion. I would recommend it to any hair type that may need help with dryness, dullness, or split ends.
