I bought the Swan palette from Hourglass directly. I wanted to leave a review here because I was debating getting the horse palette. The swan colors are subtle but buildable for more dramatic looks. I have medium warm olive skin tone (maybelline skin tint 220, estee lauder 3w1.5). The colors in this palette suit me and the bronzer is a nice neutral. I swatched horse in store and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with my skin tone or, warmer or deeper than me, as horse showed up as chalky and ashy

Gorgeous colors but the glitter is disappointing

The swan palette has a stunning color story, but I’m so disappointed that there is glitter in two of the blushes. Big chunky glitter. So atypical for Hourglass that I didn’t even think to check reviews before purchasing. This palette is much more punchy in general. Even the highlighter is SO much shinier than is typical for them. If you’ve wanted a little more oomph in Hourglass products, this may be the palette for you. If you love the subtle glow typically given by Hourglass, this isn’t it.

I just got this in the mail and it is stunning!! If you were on the fence pick this up it is worth it. I don’t think I’ve ever been more shocked by a make up in my life. Run find it! I’m so in love with it!

O my word! I was super skeptical about this palette, o boy I was wrong! You skin will look like you came straight from vacation in Barbados — glowy and beautifully baked! This quiet luxury look you are looking for ❤️

Enjoying It

Loving it. I have not previously bought any of these palettes and, actually, haven't bought any of their blushes/powders in many years. I just got & used this and really was surprised how much I like it. The highlighter is a bit dark for ky pale warm to neutral skin, but I will use for shadow highlighter.

Swan is a top Hourglass palette!

I love Hourglass palettes and was able to score this for a discount. I wasn’t sure I needed another one. However, the swan has some gorgeous blushes. I’m obsessed. The bronzer is a great neutral bronze and the finishing powder is classic. I’m not big on face highlight but the highlight is gorgeous on the eyes. It’s so good.

The best for SIMPLE/ fast makeup!

I am absolutely obsessed with this product, every year Hourglass comes out with these pallets and this year is no exception. It is absolutely the perfect shades and I love that there’s a beautiful strobe highlight in it, as well which I can also use if I want to as my eyeshadow.

Worth the splurge

I was reluctant due to the price and the uncertainty I would use all shades but this is amazing! the softness of the powder is like no other and for ref. I have very dry skin with peach fuzz all over, and they don't enhance that at all,silk

A must have

Beautiful glow and beautiful packaging. I buy one or two of the hourglass sets every year. I missed out on the horse but the swan is a must have! Every blush, bronzer, and highlighter left a beautiful glow and color on my light skin tone. Lasted all day and was fairly dramatic.

after using this palette for the past week none stop i can tell you it's worth it, not a big fan of the packaging but the product is amazing, it gives me a natural glow. it literally has become my favorite palette
