Please don't waste money

This smells absolutely horrible and I'm not exaggerating. It smells like burnt plastic and I am returning it today as it is coming out like curdled cheese. I don't typically leave a bad review like this, but it really is that bad.

Perfecto

Excellent product with a wonderful scent, it leaves the skin with an impeccable glow. The packaging is very nice and convenient, and it helps eliminate blackheads.

Works well; smells bad

Terrible texture + smell. It has the consistency of curdled milk and it smells like burnt plastic…HOWEVER, it is one of the most efficient makeup removers I have ever used

Packing needs to be redesigned

The pump stopped working completely after a few times of using. I have no way of getting the product out now. The product also always comes out separated as half oil half gel even if I shake it.

Wanted to Love this!

The cleanser is great but the delivery system is awful. It's so hard to get the cleanser out. I wanted to use this daily but could not due to the terrible dispenser system. I will not be buying this again until they change the despenser style!

I never leave reviews, but this is the worst ever.

Does not remove makeup and does not cleanse. I NEVER leave reviews on skincare because it is so dependent on the person. But this is awful. If you don't spend several minutes shaking it to get a proper consistency before use, then it is basically oily water coming out. But let's say you shake it til your arm falls off to get the proper consistency. The pump barely works, and mine broke after 3 uses. And while I am not smell sensitive at all, I would hope that with a hard to use product you could at least make it not smell like fish guts and seaweed. Warning any person who cares about their wallet and sanity to not buy this product. Buy the ELF balm or literally anything else.

Good at getting off makeup, but very messy and comes out watery even after you shake it. Wish I had just gotten a cleansing balm instead

As mentioned by many other reviews, the product separates. It doesn't matter how much you shake it. After use, my face just felt like it had a layer of oil left over. I wouldn't recommend for anyone who wants the clean feel after washing your face.

Great product in an awful packaging

Wanted to love this product and had to purchase/exchange twice as pump stopped working after about a month each time. Hope they rethink the packaging and fix the issue. Need to return again in the meantime.

Best balm cleanser I’ve ever tried!

Glad I ignored the negative comments and tried it anyway! They discontinued their other balm cleanser and replaced it with this one. This one is far superior to that!Leaves my skin clean and glowy. The product was separated when I first tried it but all I did was shake the bottle and it went back to normal.

I recommend for non sensitive skin

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This gel balm cleanser was to harsh on my skin. Made my face red and dry. I did like that it didn't smell harsh. Smelled natural and the blue container is appealing to the eye. I recommend if you don't have sensitive skin. Thank you Influenster for the product.
