Great for the whole family

I love this stuff. I use it. My husband uses it. My 12 year old son uses it. After being out on the boat all day at the islands, it feels great to slather on this stuff after a cold shower. I find that it really helps to reduce redness, and is cooling and very moisturizing. My only complaint is that it is not sold in a larger quantity.

Awesome

While I know that staying out of the sun is the smart thing to do, I started again after 10 years of being pale. To keep my forehead from pealing because I overdid sun time as usual, I had AFTER SUN RESCUE BALM WITH ALOE on hand. I got seriously burned and went immediately for the After Sun. I had never used this before but I have to say that it is remarkable. I just kept my skin loaded up with this product and the peeling didn't stand a chance. Understand, I am not telling you to go out into the sun, but if you do be sure you have this on hand. I overloaded to the point that my skin just couldn't absorb anymore but my face did not peel. I am ecstatic with this and will buy it forever. I just ordered two more so I don't run out.

very moisturizing

I use this on my face and body after being at the beach and I find it to be one of the best after-sun moisturizers, because it leaves my skin moisturized for hours and hours..... And the price is very reasonable, too:-)

Soothing

This definitely did make my skin very smooth and felt great on my poor sunburn. I still peeled even though I was diligent about using it, but it did seem to help keep the peeling to a minimum.

Didn't get the hype but worked well

I thought this lotion was ok. Probably not the best after-sun lotion i've used but I love that it's soothing and oil free. I thought the "balm" would have a thicker consistency but it is more of a light lotion and quite runny. Not thick at all. It did have a light scent of cucumbers. Sometimes it would feel sticky on my hands after application but my body felt fine. I also used it on my face as well and did not break out or anything.

The Best

This is by far the best after sun product I know. Been using it for years and it keeps my body totally moisturized after being in my pool all day. Clinique has great sun products and they all protect and keep your skin in great condition. I should know because I live in Florida and enjoy being in my pool.

better than aloe vera

After a day in the sun. I was fried to a crisp a co-worker recommended this and it was the best suggestion. It cooled better than aloe vera, and helped minimize peeling. It really hydrated and moisterized my skin. it absorbs really well without leaking a sticky feeling the way aloe vera does.

I had bought this product before our trip to Hawaii. I have a year around tan and do not burn easily, but my husband is the complete opposite. So I bought this product primarily for him. I used it to cool off my skin after spending the whole vacation out on the beach, hiking, kayaking and boating. Anyways, this product is very refreshing, light and very cooling. My husband used it almost everyday, no dry skin, heat rash, sunburn or pealing. This is a must have when on our sunny vacations now.

I love Clinique's After Sun Rescue Balm with Aloe! I put it on after I get a little pink or if I get sunburned. It cools the burn, and my skin doesn't peel after using it! I keep it in the fridge so it is extra cooling when I need it. It also is great because it is light on my skin which is a bonus because I have very sensitive skin.
