It has a subtle, clean, and slightly citrusy fragrance that I found pleasant and not overpowering. The texture is a creamy base with tiny rice beads that feel gentle on the scalp.

So good for a greasy scalp!

I wash my hair too often (read: daily) and my scalp gets greasy pretty quickly. I love a clarifiying/detoxing product to help me stretch between washes, and this scalp scrub is really amazing. The ingredients balance exfoliants with hydrators, and it doesn’t make my scalp too dry or itchy because it’s not a stripping product like some detoxifying products are. I also noticed that this gave me more volume which was a nice surprise!

this is absolutely the best hair scrub i’ve ever gotten! it worked magic on my oily and greasy hair! it got out all of the old dandruff, residue, and hair products! i definitely recommend it’s great!!!

Refreshed Scalp!

I often rely on dry shampoo and hairspray between wash days, which leads to product buildup and oily roots. Unfortunately, my regular shampoo wasn’t cutting it, so I was really looking forward to trying this scalp scrub from Virtue. After just one use, I could instantly tell a difference—my scalp looked and felt much healthier. The scrub gently exfoliates and detoxifies without causing any dryness or irritation, leaving my scalp feeling clean and refreshed. My roots are noticeably less oily, giving me more volume at the crown. This scrub is definitely a new staple in my haircare routine!

Liking it so far

Really liking it so far, love the smell and the softening qualities. But just like some of the people mentioned it might be a bit hard to wash off all of it, which is not a huge problem to me as my hair is pretty fine, but could see it being irritating for someone with thick and/or curly hair

A great scalp scrub and treatment, I absolutely loved everything about it, helped with product build up and my hair felt softer and lighter than ever. Smelled nice and rinsed out pretty easy in the shower.

Gentle on scalp

This has really helped my scalp with product buildup and oily follicles. It’s gentle in the scalp and exfoliates all the dead skin cells and buildup in my hair. My hair feels so refreshed after each use!

Just what your scalp NEEDS! The scent is so relaxing and the scrub feels amazing on your scalp. My hair/scalp was left feeling squeaky clean and feels so healthy. I haven’t been dealing with dandruff since using!! By far my favorite scalp treatment.
