Absolutely Worth It — My New Favorite

I’ve purchased several Pat McGrath palettes over the years, and while the Gilded Nirvana: Mega Eye Shadow Palette is smaller than previous releases, I’ve never even come close to hitting pan on any of my McGrath palettes anyway (I even ended up giving last year’s ones away), so this size feels perfect for how I actually use them.. What truly impressed me this time is the packaging. It feels more luxurious and elevated compared to past years, and it really adds to the overall experience. As for the shadows themselves.. perfection. Every day I get compliments on my eyeshadow because the glimmers in this palette are next-level radiant. The color story gives me so much variety to play with, whether I want something soft and luminous or bold and dramatic. The formula is exactly what I expect from Pat McGrath: buttery, blendable, and GORGEOUS. For me, this palette was absolutely worth the purchase. It’s beautiful, high-quality, and endlessly fun to use. I’m obsessed. Thank you MOTHAAAAAA

Way too small

I wish I liked this palette as much as I liked her other ones but Jesus it is TINY. When I opened it I thought I got sent the wrong thing the packaging was so small, definitely not worth the $$ not even for Pat McGrath shadows

Luxury look, drugstore quality!

​Fan of PM here! Beautiful palette, luxurious packaging, but poor quality that doesn't match the price. I could barely swatch it. Falls off of the brush. Sadly, I'm returning it.

i love a pat palette but wow, this palette compared to the 2024 version is staggeringly different. not only do you get 12 shades vs 15, but it’s wayyyyy smaller. and ofc the same price. quality of what you get is still top tier but… isthe

I bought this and really do not like. Honest opinion. It’s pretty meh. Do yourself a favor and get a Patrick ta mini palette. If you want sparkle get a danessa myrick. Avoid.

Beautiful and one of a kind

This palette is beautiful there is a shade for practically any color I would be wearing so no need to pack up a bunch of color pallets.the size is so easy to travel with. The glitter is beautiful I just can’t say enough good things about this palette

It appears I like what others do not. I have stopped buying giant palettes, and this one is a great size for me. The packaging is nice, and the colors and application are fantastic. What I do with the super bright shades such as the green one is put a layer of a matte light shade from one of the Mario all matte palettes (I have both), and then I apply the PM shade. This is because some of the shades look saturated in the pan, but the formula has a layer of what I can only call a somewhat transparent shade in with the strong color. You could also try this with the couple of mattes that come with the PM palette. This palette is like a fun adventure that is more fun than you expected. I have received more complements wearing shades from this palette over any other palette I have ever owned.

Such a pretty palette!

I have almost every PML palette. I knew this mega palette would be small when I saw the promo videos and they were holding the palette one hand you can easily see the size relative to a human hand. Anyways, I traveled with it and it fit perfectly in my Beautifect. I got compliments wearing it. It was like traveling with a mini motherships. There are different textures. The light pink and light blue shimmers are very light and could be used as toppers. The others a have more base and they are beautiful. It’s become trendy to rip on PML. Yes the quality is not the same as the baked shades but still great imo.
