Nice colors but chalky 😕

I really loved the colors of the Ilia Eye Tint Powder — they’re beautiful and flattering. However, after a while the product seems to dry out, and I’ve had trouble getting enough product out of the pan. I also find it difficult to apply without it looking chalky, especially if I try to blend or layer it too much — it tends to pill and lift off. The lighter shades are definitely more forgiving and easier to work with, but the deeper tones require more effort. I hope they improve the formula, because I feel like I wasted quite a bit of money trying different shades (I own 7 so far).

Lovely eyeshadow

I prefer a cream eyeshadow - at my age, me eyelids are crepey and powder shadow just seems to sit in the little wrinkles. This liquid eyeshadow goes on beautifully, stays put well and getting a color that enhances my eyes is a real find! So many popular colors just don't do well on my neutral to cool skin tone, with blue eyes. This slightly blueish gray is perfect. The only concern is that a liquid can be a little difficult to apply just exactly where you want it, where a cream in a stick is much more easily directed to the specific area. But even with that, I've had really good luck with this product.

Perfect for oily lids

I have somewhat oily eyelids and most eye shadows leave creases and do not last on my lids. This is a lasting eye shadow that never creases and lasts all day. It’s the best. My only complaint is that they don’t have enough neutrals or browns in color choices.

probably a good formula, but not for me

I wanted to love this--application was smooth and it felt nice. But oh my, this color was NOT good for me. Not sure any of them would work on my pale, aging face.

Great eye shadow that is soft, blendable, and beautiful! I use Fresco with this color to add depth in the creases, which looks awesome!

Very light, lovely color. But very difficult to get any kind of "stick". Requires a layered approach with drying/patting down in between. A simple application is invisible within an hour...

Grey? Yes!

I was intrigued by this color and had to try it. It is beautiful and easy to use. Love it!

Fun Color!

I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this color. I usually wear browns. But I was pleasantly surprised. It’s so easy to blend and lasts all day.
