Love this eyeliner normally but I went for the non waterproof and it doesnt stay as well at all, I had black under my eyes after a night out

Best matte liquid eyeliner I've tried

Easy to apply, dries quick and matte. It does rub off if you rub your eyes - but this means it's easy to remove at the end of the day. I think it''s great!
