Two stars because of cute packaging, and the nice light scent of coconut (coconut is my favorite scent). However, did not moisturize my lips well at all. Felt moisturizing at first, but that would quickly fade and my lips are dry again within 30 minutes. Oddly, my lips would feel even more dry after the balm faded off.

Not for dry lips

I'm always looking for a good and moisturizing balm. This smelled delicious and cutely packaged. The product broke after a couple of uses, requires frequent application, makes my lips look dry, not a good product. Wasn't even worth getting a refund because I got in on sale.

It is nice

I like this balm very much. Like most people who are never without a balm on their lips and who have one in every location including the car, I am somewhat picky. The coconut color is nice, the flavor is nice. I hadn't noticed that it had petrolatum in it which I typically avoid and somehow missed it in the ingredient list, but I will use it until it is gone. If that isn't a concern for you, then I would recommend it.

Surprise love for me. The formula feels very high quality. It’s thick enough to provide you the feeling of a balm but it sits like a semi-gloss that lasts a good while. Obviously the products ingredients continue to do their work even after the gloss look diminishes. Plus + WL managed to capture the perfect coconut scent & flavor here too.

I really wanted to love this but it doesnt apply well at all. I had to layer 5 coats just to feel it and it goes away soon. I expected more, I will not purchase again.

i love matcha, this balm has a hint of it with vanilla and the packaging is cute! i had to knock off 1 star because i don’t know how hydrating it really is... i feel like i have to reapply more often. but a decent product for what it is, i think it’s just a bit pricey.

It's Alright

It smells sooooo good, but for me, it isn't hydrating at all. I wasn't able to notice a difference after I applied it. The packaging is beautiful and I love the scent, but the formula isn't worth $14 for me.

It smells nice, doesn't last long on lips and really isn't that great. But cute, compact and smells nice.

Basically the holy grail

I am in shock, I am a little bit of a chapstick fanatic trying everything from Bite to Carmax, Keihls to Softlips. This blows all of them out of the water, it is very hydrating, the smell is not too overwhelming and has a solid package design. Applied around 6 am and got a solid 5 hours of relief, now any honest person with serious chapped lips will tell you that is a good time without having to re apply. Please keep in mind this is not a a combo primer/balm like Bite Beauty lip balm. Again, A+ would definitely recommends
