Do not use

I had High hopes for this as i love the Surf shampoo/conditioner and sea salt spray but this is terrible. Made my hair insanely oily after 1 use and i do not have oily hair. It did not add any body at all.

I Love, Love, Love this.

Once I figure out that I had to turn it up-side down, this became my best friend, It makes my hair wavy and soft. No crunchiness. Works well on wet or dry hair.

Perfect way to heatless curl straight hair

I have thick, straight hair. No matter what I do when I curl it, it won't stay for longer than an hour or two. I've tried every curling method & hairspray under the sun. Then I started using this, and it was a game changer. I put this on my hair, then I do heatless curls (using the bathrobe trick or a heatless curling thing that goes over my head). Once they're wrapped, I put a little more of this foam in my hand and lightly scrunch it around my wrapped hair until it's gone. Sleep. And in the morning I have the best curls that are super soft to the touch (not sticky or hard like with hairspray!) and stay all day in a perfect curly/wavy look. Love it.

I have fine thin hair, and not much of it. I was skeptical that this product wouldn’t weigh my hair down by oh my goodness it’s magic in a bottle. I can apply it at the roots for lift and scrunch the ends for definition MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY and it remains fresh and not greasy or weighted down. I will be re-buying this on the regular.

Game changer!

I love this! I was using the salt spray before curling my hair but decided to try this instead. It helped hold the curl very well and kept my hair soft.

Broke after 3 times of use

Stoope making foam after i used it 3 times. No matter how well i shake it goes out as a liquid. Do not recommend.

New Staple hair Thing

Didn't have any hopes for this - just curiosity. Turns out that this was a total win. I have double processed hair (silver/platinum) and I have been looking for a way to get texture and grit into my hair without drying it out more - and on cutting down on heat styling. I've been air drying with the bumble surf leave-in and a little IGK coconut rich kid gel and after it's dry, i do some of this scrunched in and twirl it for a messy, beachwitch vibe, which I love. Smells great, and my hair is lifted but also soft.

Great air dry curl

I'm always looking for products that help my 2c/3a curls air dry without going flat, because I have a lot of hair but it's long and fine. This foam/mousse is very light, and I use about a baseball size amount from right above my ears down to the ends. After I scrunch it in, I clip the roots and let it air dry into nice, soft, fairly full waves/curls that last all day. Definitely putting this into my daily styling product rotation!

I have slightly curly hair and this product is great! Holds the curls/ waves very well. I put this on wet hair and periodically reapply the product while my hair is drying

My hair has a slight natural wave. A small amount of this product is amazing. It makes my hair look like I spent a day at the beach.

Defined Waves on Second Day Hair

Great product for a wavy second day hairstyle. I have naturally wavy hair and run this product through my dry second day hair (middle to ends) in sections. I like the defined, textured look this product gives me. I think a lot of people disappointed in this product are expecting it to make their hair wavy or are using way too much. This product adds texture and definition—it is not create waves and curls. A little slow goes a long way.
