Good cleanser, not so good price

I’ve been using this cleanser daily for about a year. There’s not really much to say, I mean… it does its job as a cleanser, it is fragrance free, and it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. The only thing that makes me not want to buy it anymore is the price. There’s plenty of gel cleansers that are extremely similar and do the same thing for a much more affordable price.

Although my skin is not very oily I tried this when sent a sample. Leaves my skin feeling so good and definitely helps pores. Great cleanser

This lathers so well and leaves my skin feeling moisturized and clean! Perfect for my sensitive acne prone skin

Do Not Buy

This cleanser is the worst. I bought this in error thinking it was the Tatcha deep cleanse. The packaging is terrible. It leaks everywhere without you even using it. Do not recommend. I wish I could return this.

OK product horrible packaging

While the overall product was not bad, Ive had much better cleansers and the previous version was much better. The packaging is absolutely cheap and wastes lots of product. It just pours out without even squeezing the bottle

Makes my skin really clear

I usually get bad breakouts but this cleanser has completely improved my skin texture, I like the fact there isnt really a fragrance and how clean and fresh it makes my face feel. My only complaint is I tried it previously in the 50ml version and it was more of a gel texture that foamed, however this version was more watery which may be an issue with the one I bought but it overall is great

My fave cleanser

This cleaner gently cleanses my skin and helps so much with my oily t zone. I find even one use really makes a difference

I absolutely love matcha cleanse my skin definitely upgraded and my blackheads are diminishing less acne as well

Please bring back the exfoliating cleanser!

I ordered the exfoliating cleanser that I have been using for years; however, received this product and by the time I realized it had already opened. I gave it a try as I couldn't find my original cleanser on the site and assumed it was sold out. Never again. Was not worth the money at all. Broke out my skin and did nothing for my pores. Sad to learn the superior exfoliating cleanser has been discontinued. Back to the drawing board...

amazing cleanser

I bought thus cleanser for the first time a few months ago because I wanted to try it for a while, and honestly now its one of my favprote clenasers, it removes all my makeup and leaves the skin so clean and soft. One good thing that I love about this product is that it tightens the pores, if you have oily skin you really must try it !

Disappointing change in quality

I have used this for a long time (I think maybe October of 2023). They’ve radically changed the formula recently. It used to be a translucent green with some exfoliating granules. Now it is just a clear gel. I wasn’t going to complain, but my skin has definitely gotten worse. I notice more acne and blocked pores. I’m definitely buying something different.
