Love it. I think for the summer I need one shade darker. Love the way it feels and looks very natural.

cool and neutral are very yellow

I like the formula for my mature skin but I cannot find a color match. i have tried two now. SF1 is "very light with cool undertones" but too dark and very yellow, not cool at all! I have neutral to cool overtone and warm undertone, and this isnt even close. There is only one lighter cooler option available. I am never the lightest option in any foundation.

Wanted to love

I bought this after having used the skin tint for years but wanted a slightly fuller coverage look for going out events, I assumed since it’s a foundation and not a skin tint that the coverage would be more but even with building I couldn’t seem to get much coverage at all. I also have very sensitive skin and as soon as I applied the product my skin began to burn. I tried again just to be sure it wasn’t any other products I used and it still had the same reaction. It was also much too orange and stuck to all my dry patches. I LOVE ilia but this product was not it for me, if you have very sensitive dry skin I’d recommend reaching for the skin tint and avoiding this one!

Mixed review thoughts!

The product itself goes on well and stays put all day. The down side is that it does make my face feel like it has something on it.... Slightly heavy with a rough texture. Also. WARNING.... I used the online color matching system for color choice and the suggested color is what I ordered. The color is clearly too yellow and also too dark for my actual skin tone. I am wearing it only because I paid a lot of money for the product. Not because I like it. 😞 😞 😞

Skin CARE!

Ilia True Skin Serum Foundation is not only ‘makeup’ , it is truly skincare! The foundation is so moisturizing, feels so luxurious and like I am pampering my skin. The foundation goes on smoothly, covers well and really makes my skin look fresh and healthy. I feel like I’m Pampering myself when I apply my makeup !

I really like the texture of the True Skin Serum Foundation, but I am having a hard time find "my" right shade. I have no idea about my skin tone & undertone, whether it is neutral or cool. Thanks for listening.

I love how this foundation makes my skin look and feel: so soft and smooth and just lightly dewy but beautiful overall! It honestly does improve my skin tone and texture, making it appear more even and less red in between uses. I am not a daily makeup person, but when I do use this product, I feel great during and after. And that says a lot about this product! I have VERY sensitive skin, so finding clean products that don’t irritate my skin is a must. I’ve found my new favorite foundation! Can’t wait to try some of the other products! Highly recommended.

Not completely sold on it.

Does not go in n well. Seems to be kinda splotchy at times, even with my moisturizer on.

I like the true skin serum. This is a shade lighter, for fall and winter. I’m still learning how to apply it.

Not for Sensitive Skin!

Used once and had a full face rash. I do have sensitive skin but have found "clean" products don't cause any issues. This one really did and took a while to clear up. Disappointed with my skin's reaction and the price I paid to get it.
